One aspect German experts are unable to understand is their attitude with asylum seekers who migrate to Germany to make it as their second motherland. Specially in case of Ahmadiyya Community members migrating from Pakistan. Currently tthousands of extremely intelligent and competent youth already migrated to Germany are getting totally spoiled in asyl heims. Persecution of Ahmadies back home is not likely to stop in coming decades as such the member of this community are definitely not going back. It is a fact very well known here in Germany then why not to utilise this work force for the betterment of the country. Since 1985 when mass migration of Pakistani Ahmadies started in Germany, the community members proved their loyalty with the new motherland. Thousands of the the community members are now fully integrated in to German Society and are contributing a lot for its development. I myself have met lot many youngsters who are stationed in different asyl heims and each one appeared to be sincerely interested to get technical training to become a useful member of the German Society. However due to unknown reasons nothing is moving positively in this regard. If Germany really has any problem in the field of shortage of technical manpower then why not to utilise a work force which nature has provided to country just by chance. Hope the aspect will not face a deaf hearing from concerned authorities.
