Abdullah bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Turki, secretary-general of the Makkah-based Muslim World League (MWL), will chair the maiden meeting of the general assembly of the new Halal International Authority (HIA) in Riyadh on Wednesday. During the meeting, Al-Turki will announce the names of the members of the HIA’s first board of directors, who will hold their meeting immediately afterwards at the same venue to discuss several important subjects, including the formation of the authority’s legal committee.
The HIA directors, according to an official statement, will also discuss plans to open offices overseas. The board of directors will discuss how to draft the mission statement of the new body, its mandate, as well as the basic framework of its rights, works and jurisdiction. The statement said that, “HIA is an international independent body affiliated to the MWL that will seek to maximize vigilance, attention, and commitment to verify Islamic standards of all products used and consumed by Muslims.”
These products will range from food and drugs to cosmetics used by Muslims on a daily basis around the world. Located in Riyadh, HIA will cooperate with related institutions inside the Kingdom and those working overseas, including the Islamic states. “The authority is keen on collaborating and coordinating with the concerned parties in the Kingdom, amongst which comes the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) first,” it noted.
The HIA will be established in line with the provisions of a royal order that decreed to assign the task of supervising the coordination of Halal animal slaughter to the MWL. The new body will work hard to comply with Islamic provisions, which will eventually lead to promoting Islamic standards for commodities including food and medicine in the Islamic states and the world at large.

Whenever I see the Shah Faisal Mosque of Islamabad and the Islamic UNIVERSITY OF iSLAMABAD ,,I remember THE GREAT KING OF THE SAUDI ARABIA Shah Faisal (Late) who was really one of the a great phillantropist and most kind hearted person of the world .Such persons are seldom born. in the Islamic history of the world.

2)- The Great ALLAH has teach us to do justice with every poor person but it is pity to say that most of the Bureaucrates officers and their subordinate persons are not doing any justice because such officers are not true MUSLIM PERSONS AND such cruel officers are not fearing from the AAZAB of the ALLAH
3)- It is also observed that most of the Muslim persons of Pakistan are fully involved in all the cases of henious crime ie Gang Rape incidents, kidnapping of small children, dacoity and thefting murdering cases etc
Hence because of the abovementionedreasons, the good position of MUslims become defamed
Hence in order to obtain the good position of the muslim countries , it is advised that king of the saudi Arabia should form an organisation of ISLAMIC COUNCIL OF THE ISLAMIC WORLD and it Head quarter should be kept in riyaz and king of Saudi arbia shoul d become the Permanant Chairman of this Islamic Council
The main purpose of forming this council is to improve the moral characters of all headsprime ministers of the Islamic Countries so that all countries should become the real islamic states with according to teaching of Islam mentioned in the holy QURAN

PROTECTION OF NEW ISLAMABAD AIR PORT

70 years ago ie 1949, When I was young and and I was 7 years old and my parents were residing in PIR JAINDAL SHAH BUILDING .RAGHOO STREET RAMSWAMY KARACHI NO-3 since 1915. The Karachi was a small city having it population of 0.9 million and Karachi was streached upto Central jail Karachi and all areas upto Landhi was a deserted area and there was not existed any population only except a few kutcha houses from central jail up to Landhi.
One day my 12 year elder sister Mumtaz Begum (Late), who was a brilliant student of Fatima Jinnah High School Karachi and she was also a student of a girls DEENI MADDERSAH near JUBILEE CINEMA and she was completing her Islamic course of HIFZ-UL-QURAN, had desired to see the Karachi Airport which was existed 12 miles away from old PIIF Exihbition Ground Karachi.Hence she had requested to my father RAJA LASHKAR ALI KHAN (Late) Inspector Police Sind CID (since 1915 ) and who was one of the most honest and most strict , most experienced and most excellent psychologist police officer of Sindh and he was most experienced in tracing criminal persons within three days hidden any where in Pakistan and outside of Pakistan.
Hence on the request of my sister, my father had shown us the Airport of Karachi . But on the way . my sister had enquired that why Karachi Airport was existed 12 miles far away from Karachi ? My Father had told us the most indormative useful knowledge about Airport and told us the reason that all the Airports of the world are always constructed on hard and dried soils at least 10 to 15 miles away from the populated areas of the cities for the safe landing of planes with
My father also told us that the body of plane is so delicare, thin, and brittle that slightly hit of a small sparrow against the delicate body of the plane can be completely caused the damage of the costly plane for ever.
Hence all the DUSTBINS of wasted foods and flying birds are always kept away 12 miles away from the Airport for the safe landing and safety of the costly planes
Similarly any hovering of birds , kites , firing in the Air , the flowing of the poisonous dense smoking of the near by existed industries and the heavy smoking of the traffic can also be caused of the occurring of tragic accidents of the costly planes.
Hence because of these facts and reasons, no any housing society is allowed to construct any house ,plaza within the prohibited area outv side of Airpoty having a circulars areas of 10 miles all around thev Airport for the safe landing and safety of the planes and passengers

Now I come back on my real topic of this article that how it is so important to adopt the precautioneries measures for purpose of to protect the AIRPORTS and specially the safety of the new constructed ISLAMABAD AIRPORT ?
I am saying it because of the following reasons
1)- Other day, I was studying all the newspapers of Pakistan on internet ,
2)- That I had observed that there was existed a lot Nos of advertisements of housing societies who are constructing their housing projects very close near the NEW ISLAMABAD AIRPORT
3)- That most of the most corrupted government officers of RAWALPINDI DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY , CDA , OFFICERS OF CIVIL AVIATION and sourceful politicians are fully involved in this bad practice of violation of rules & Regulations of Airports
4)- The most corrupted government officers of RDA & CDA are also misusing of their officially authority by illegally issuing of NOC to most fraudy housing societies by receiving an huge amount of bribe of Rs 50000000/- per NOC
5)- Similarly most of the fraudy and deceiving housing societies are not properly registered in the government record
6)- These housing societies are also not paying any income taxes to the government of Pakistan in spites of earning income of trillion amount of rupees every years
7)- These housing societies are constructing sub-standadard houses and flates of theb most low quality and inferior types materials while constructing defective houses .
8)- Most of the fraudy owners of the housing societies run away from Pakistan to the foreign countries alongwith thousand thousand trillion amount of rupees by deceiving the poor peoples of Pakistan
9- But I wonder that our government of Pakistan is not protecting the NEW AIRPORT OF ISLAMABAD
10- Hence I will request to prime minister of Pakistan that no any housing society should be allowed to construct any house or plaza inside the prohibited circulat area of a radius of 10 MILES around the Airport.
11)- All the houses which have been constructed in the probited area of the airport should be demolished for the protection of newly constructed Airport
12)- The plot owner should be warned through notifications in press that no any person should purchas the plot of the prohibited area of Air port
13)- All the persons should be informed that they should construct their houses at a distance of 10 miles away from the NEW ISLAMABAD AIR PORT for the protection of AIRPORT and the safe landing of the planes on NEW ISLAMABAD AIRPORT
14)- It is also requested that drastic action should also be taken against Those government officers of RDA & CDA who have issued illegal NOC to housing societies and developers
I hope that the prime minister of Pakistan will surely take the most serious draetic action againt all the fraudy owners of the housing societies and the concernd officers of RDA & CDA who are issuing illegally NOC for the construction of houses inside prohibited areas of the new Islamabad Airport.

I Want to draw the kind attention of Prime Minister of Pakistan that this logic is not understood to me that those most honest , Most patriotic, most philanthropists and law-obeying good citizen of Pakistan who have being paid income taxes every year million of Rupees in most honestly ways, No any development works are being carried out in the native villages of such most respected & most excellent income tax payers citizens of Pakistan
But on others side, all the development funds are being utilized and gulped by the most selfish & most powerful members of local bodies members of District councils, Tehsil councils and Union Councils who have never pay any income tax even of one paisa to the govt of Pakistan and also are not the real and true royalful friends of Nawaz Sharif, the president of PML-N.
I am saying this because of the following reasons.
1- That ADOWAL of Tehsil Pind Dadun Khan is the native village of a great surgeon of Pakistan Professor & Dean Dr Raja Ghulam Asghar (late ) who had remained one of the most honest, most patriotic and most experienced surgeon of Pakistan & who had served this Islamic country of Pakistan in the medical field for a long period of 56 years from 1952 upto 2008 .
2)- He had also served the Pakistan Army during 1965 indo-Pakistan war at the battle field at Lahore, Sialkot, & Kharian Sectors 24 hours to do surgical operations of injured army men and officers in the battle field
3)- That, Field Marshal Ayub Khan (Late) had appreciated the most excellent service of this great surgeon of Pakistan .
4)- When ever he used to go abroad for attending medical conferences, seminars etc, he was being offered most attractive jobs on handsome salaries and others fringes by the ambassador of the foreign countries but this great surgeon of Pakistan did not accepted their offers because he was a true Pakistani person.
5)- He used to pay the income Tax million of Rupees every year to the Govt of Pakistan in most honestly way. He was only the great surgeon of the history of Pakistan who had paid maximum amount of income taxes to the govt of Pakistan than compared to others doctors of Pakistan
6)- But it is a matter of great pity that no any development work are being done by the chairman District council Jhelum
7)- Even one ordinary work of constructing a most important Pukka road from Chopal upto Graveyard (on which, the Jinaza of everyone is passing through this uneven damaged path) has not been constructed so far .
8)- Because all the members of the District Council Jhelum are not feeling any fear of Great Allah and the severe Aazab of the great Allah which will be revealed soon upon these most cruel members of the District Council Jhelum and they will soon be faced the severe AAZAB of the ALLAH in their graves.
9)- Similarly The members of the District Council Jhelum have no intention to carry out any development work in ADOWAL till Qiamat.
10)- In the light of the above mentioned facts, I will request to Prime Minister of Pakistan to kindly restore the previous system of administration of Deputy Commissioners in place of DCOs and full power of utilizing of development funds in uniformly ways may kindly be entrusted to Commissioners of the zones
11)- In this way, the bad activities of dishonest and and most corrupted members of the local bodies of mis-using and gulping of development funds can be crushed .
12)- Besides this, Most strict rules & regulations are needed to be imposed for the improving of the moral characters of all the members of the District Councils.Tehsil Council and Union
I hope that the Prime Minister of Pakistan will surely set right

Professor De Raja ghulam Asghar (Late) was a great surgeon of Pakistan who was one of the most honest ,Most patriotic citizen of Pakistan and who had paid income Tax million of Rupees every year for 50 years to the government of Pakistan in most honestly way . Village ADOWAL of Tehsil Pind Dadun Khan is the native village of this great surgeon of Pakistan But it is a matter of great concerned that MNA 63 and Chairman District council Jhelum have not done any development work in village ADOWAL since 1983. All the development funds are being gulped by most corrupted members of the District council Jhelum.All members of District council have defame the good position of PML(N)

It is my advise to kindly restore the old Administeration System of DEPUTY COMMISSIONERS by abolishing present system of DCO and all the development funds should be entrusted to commissioners of the region because the commessioner Rawalpindi will spend the development funds for development works in all the villages
of jhelum in uniformely way .

It is my advise that kindly take the drastic action against all the chairman of the union councils on account of gulping of development Funds of ADOWAL and kindly recover all the development funds by consficating all properties of the chairman of the union council and put them in jail for ten years in order to improve the moral character of all the members of the local body.

My own date of birth is 15 March 1942 and my present age is also 76 years and as such, my lucky No is also become 118 with according to terms & conditions of the prize scheme and as such there is existed one golden chance for me to win this TOYOTA COROLLA CAR

The owner of the factory was one of the most honest and most patriotic person of pakistan . but I have donted this prize to the PRIME MINISTER FLOOD RELIEF FUND in a good faith and for a noble cause. All the Newspapers and weekly magazines of Pakistan & ptv had published this news. The then Prime minister of Pakistan Z.A.BHUTTU have appreciated my this noble cause in his kind letter.
in the light of the above mentioned facts, I will request to Prime Minister of Pakistan that it is an Islamic country of Pakistan and with according ISLAMIC EDUCATION,,all types of gambling, Lottery, Prizr Schemes etc are prohibited . Hence all the prize schemes including prize bonds should be banned completely in the best interest of this Islamic country of Pakistan
If inspite of this, any Firm has continued to introduce any Prize scheme in future ,then an heavy fine of Rupees one billion of Rupees should be recovered from such firm in order to teach them a serious lesson of Insaniyat in addition to put the owner of the firm behind the bars for a period of twenty years of rigourous imprisonment in jail for purpose of to teach them the lesson of INSANIYAT as well as the improving of moral characters of the FIRMS owners
I am fully sured and hope that our kind Prime Minister of Pakistan will completely ban all the prize schemes of this Islamic country of Pakistan

Most of the students of the foreign countries & specially the students of the Islamic countries have expressed their worrying ful ,alarming & fearful views in all the international press & Electronic media of the world that now the state of America is not a safe place for getting the higher studies education by the foreign students & specially for the Muslim Students of the Islamic countries of the world who always desire to go there abroad for getting higher studies for the purpose of forming a bright future career of their future life
Now most of the students of the foreign countries are seeking others alternatives secured locations/places in another countries of the world for getting the Higher education and now ,no any student is willing to get higher education in any educational institute of the America because of occurring of many Nos of incidents of killing of innocents students because of the bad activities of the terrorists and also the imposing of anti-Muslim most cruel types policyframed by the present president of America DONALD TRAUMP .
All Students have expressed their views in the light of the occurring of the repeated tragic incidents of killing of innocent students day by day in all the Educational institutions of Higher Studies in America. They have also expressed deep sorrowful sentiments on the sad demise of the one of the most intelligent 17 years old teenage young Muslim student SABIKA Shakh of Pakistan.
Similarly, all the heads of the foreign countries also have condemned on over this most tragic and unpleasant incident in which one most intelligent Muslim student of Pakistan SABIKA SHAIKH was killed.
But one most important question is now arose in the mind of the all the heads of the Islamic countries of the world that now how our most intelligent muslim students should get the facilities of higher studies in a safe place in future ?
In this connection, my own views are as following
1)- That in order to pay a great tribune to most intelligent Student of Pakistan, we should construct and should establish one most excellent & Standard type Educational University for higher studies in a vast & most secured place of Pakistan at KOHAT or MANSHERRA under the strict Security control of Pakistan Army in the name of
“ SABIKA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF HIGHER STUDIES”
The silent features of this university will be following
1)- That this university should be established in a vast ,calm, completely noiseless, pollution less, completely cleaned tidy & plain areas of FIVE miles x FIVE miles= TWENTY FIVE sq miles =SIXTY FOUR sq km at coolest location in northern areas of Pakistan
2)- This university should be comprised of one big library, Research Centres , Observer centers , Labortries, Research Zoo centres , Research centres,zoo, fields etc
3)- That this university should provide all the professional education of higher studies of international standard level upto PhD level for all the muslim students of the Islamic countries.
4- THE GREAT ALLAH HAS GIVENT an huge quanty of most precious minerals ,patro; of Many Many trillions TONNE of minerals to all muslim countries but it is most bad luck for muslims that they have no technology that how to draw out such most precious materials
5)- But Rulers of muslim countries have engageds non muslim technical expert for that service. WHY ?
6)- The main reasons are the following
(i)- All the Muslim countries have not united so far for solving their own problems themselves to train their own most educated muslims persons in the field of to learn advance courses of about latest technology
(ii)- All the muslim countries have never considered for the establishment of Engineering university of ADVANCE STUDIES OF LATEST TECHNOLOGY in order to train the muslim students in the field of latest technology

If the our Muslim rulers of our all ISLAMIC countries of the world want for the protection of precious life of all the muslim students, then they should consider the following most useful suggeations for solving their all most complicated problems of the Islamic countries of the world.
(1)- First of all, all Islamic countries should be united in one of the most powerful nation of Islam.
2)- All Islamic Countries should establish one full fledged university of higher education professional studies in order to train and impart most standard type education of pteofessional courses of latest technology for most intelligent students in all the field of educations in order to produce more and more most skilled professional persons for the utilization of the most costly and most precious minerals /materials inside earth without the help of the professional persons of the foreign non muslim countries.
3)- Every Islamic country should protect the sacredity of Islamabad so that no any person or leader should dare to defame the position of Islam.
4)- Every Islamic country should installed arms factories so that we should manufacture most powerful arms in order to teach a serious lesson to all super power countries
5)- All Islamic countries should protect the life of every muslim person of all the foreign countries so that in future, no any leader of the non-muslim country should dare to kill any muslim person residing in their countries
6)- All the Rulers of the Islamic countries should
Adopt the a good & real Islamic democracy political system in their Islamic countries with according to Islamic rules and regulation
7)- It is the responsibility of all the rulers of the Islamic countries to improve the moral character of their all muslim subjects in mst strictly ways
8)- Similarly, it is the responsibility of all rulers of the Islamic countries that they should first pay most utmost attention to crush all the evils, corruptions and heniousn crimes of their Islamic countries
9)- Similarly , it is also responsibility of the rulers of the Islamic countries that they should improve the working position of all the offices of the government departments and should terminate the most corrupted ,dishonest and inefficient officers at fault on the spot.
10)- It is also responsibility of every ruler of the Islamic country to develop their countries by installing more and more nos of industries, improving of more and more agricultural productions and should establish more and more educational institution for educating 90 % of the Islamic countries
11)- It is also responsibility of every ruler of the Islamic countries that they should introduce one most excellent system of ISLAMIC COURT OF JUSTICE in order to provide prompt justice within one week
12)- It is also responsibility of every ruler of the Islamic country that he should held an open kutchery on every friday and should listen the genuine complaints & grievances of the most suffered persons and he should terminate the concerned most irresponsible and most inefficient officer at fault on the spot and then put the same officer behind bars in jail for twenty year rigourous punishment in order to teach the lesson of Insaniyat to all the officers

But for establishing a good Islamic government is not impossible by imposing the most useful above mentioned suggestions
But all the above mentioned most useful aims cannot be fulfilled without imparting the introduction of good education policy for educating more and more persons of the Islamic countries
Hence it is most necessary that every ruler of the Islamic country should establish the ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY OF HIGHER STUDIES OF PROFESSIONAL TECHNOLOGY in every city of the Islamic country
Hence in the light of the abovementioned facts, I will request to Prime Minister of this Islamic country of Pakistan that in the memory of Sabika Shaikh, one of the most intelligent student of Pakistan, and also to paying her most respectful tribute , who has sacrifice her life for learning of higher studies in texas, I am of the views that
1)- That in order to pay a great tribune to most intelligent Student of Pakistan, we should construct and should establish one most excellent & Standard type Educational University for higher studies in a vast & most secured place of Pakistan at KOHAT or MANSHERRA , HYDERABAD , QUETTA & ISLAMABAD under the strict Security control of Pakistan Army in the name of
“ SABIKA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF HIGHER STUDIES”
2)- That I also think that in order to condemn the cruel type act performed by USA Government of America, It will be one of the MOUTH BREAKING REPLY ( MUNH TOORH JAWAB) to America by establishing the university of higher studies in the nane of Sabika Shaikh (Late) in all the big cxity of every province in this Islamic country of Pakistan in order to ashame America that it self has train and impart most higher qualifiued educated persons on it own resources by establishing most standard type university of higher education of professional technology etc in Pakistan .
I hope that our kind PRIME MINISTER of this Islamic Country of Pakistan will consider this most useful suggestion of establishing of one most execellent university of higher studies bearing name of SABIKA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF HIGHER STUDIES

BABA PIR BUX (Late)
I WAS Five YEARS Old before partition when my mother took me from Karachi to my native village of ADOWAL(Jhelum) for the first time for one month to see her elder sister BEGUM JEHAN ARA (LATE) who was my most lovely Aunt ( KHALAH)She & her 80 years old aged Husband ( MY KHALOO) BABA PIR BUX one ex army man of first war 1914 at Singapore.He was so weak
That he could not walk without a stick because of most serious pain in his backbone. He used to received his pension from HARANPUR Post office three miles away from ADOWAL. Although his physical health was not sound but in spite of this , he used to go Haranpur with a snail pace with the help of walking stick in most heated scorching heat . One day, he come back without pension because the post Master had told him that his pension has not received from army office. But 90 years old aged MIAN ABDULLAH , who was also an ex army man of 1914 war and he was also IMAM MASJID of JAMA MASJID ADOWAL in addition to postman of ADOWAL become much worried when he learnt that pension of BABA PIR BUX has not received to him , he advised my uncle to submit a complaint to army headquarter for redressing his genuine matter promptly. Hence my uncle had submitted his complaint on a two paisa post card and dropped this post card in the letter box of Adowal.
But after four days , the post master of HARANPUR reached at mid night in ADOWAL and handed over to BABA PIR BUX . The next day , one major of army approached ADOWAL and apologized of delaying of pension.
But why I have described this true story , the reaons are the following
1)- Although It was one non muslim government of british rulers but the working system of all the government Departments was most so much excellent that if one 80 years old aged illiterate person have faced any genuine problem, he used to go straight to the MUNSHI , ARZI NAWEES ( APPLICATION WRITER) sitting out sides on the Foot Paths of the post offices and get submitted his genuine complaint to concerned officer on a two paisa post card and posted it in piller box.
2)- Believe it or not but his genuine complaint used to redressed within three or four days.
3)- Beside this ,The officer of the concerned office or his representative also come to complainant for apology from him
4)- But Why ? It is Because of the reason that in those days, the British government used to appoint most honest , most intelligent and well educated officers of GOOD BLOODED FAMILIES on the key posts of the government departments.
5)- No any clerk dare to keep all the letters in pending or throwing it in the RADI Basket.
6)- The officers of the Department were most strict administerated type persons that .All the genuine complaints of the public were being redressed promptly.
7)- The due justice was used to provided to all persons . No any criminal person dare to commit any heinous crime of dacoity, gang raped, kidnappings, GOONDA TAXES etc, in those Days
8)- Similarly . No QABZA Mafia & FRAUDY Persons were existed in those days.
9)- That in those days , The Newspapers have adopted most stricted most excellent policy of the a good journalism Newspapers and there were existed of most true editors and good journalism of ZINDA ZAMEER type
10)- That because of existing of most excellent ,most true and most sincerely newspapers , THE INSANIYAT WAS EXISTED IN THOSE DAYS.
11)- The British government used to look after the protection of life and properties of the citizens at all cost because of a good government system
Hence in the views of the above mentioned facts our own government of this Islamic country of Pakistan should adopt one of the most excellent political system in Pakistan for the restoration of INSANIYAT IN THIS ISLAMIC COUNTRY OF PAKISTAN because it is last chance to save Pakistan
Because , the most severe earth quake of October 2004 was the last indication of revealing of severe AAZAB of the ALLAH upon the most cruel bureaucrates officers and politicians of Pakistan for the improving of their own moral characters of all most cruel bureaucrates officers and politicians of Pakistan
That because after it, it is seemed that one most severe earth
quake can be occurred at any time in Pakistan in order to restore a good government ship and restoration of INSANIYAT IN THIS ISLAMIC COUNTRY OF PAKISTAN
Hence it is responsibility of all the news papers of pakistan to change their greedy minds and should adopt a good policy of journalism for crushing of all crimes , corruptions and evils and should struggle for the restoration of a good political system in Pakistan for the sake of the INSANIYAT
Similarly , All the newspapers should not become happy by seeing the most severe cruelty upon poor persons of Pakistan because their own children and girls will be kidnapped and gang raped and will be murdered by the hands of hired Goonda Types persons to home ,they are praising in your newspapers .
Hence it is time that all newspapers should feel the fear of ALLAH and should represent the most depressed peoples of Pakistan for the protection of

RAISING FUNDS FOR DAMS

I will appreciate the most humble appeal & request made by most honest & Most sincered, Chief Justice of Pakistan MIAN SAQIB NISAR to the most PATRIOTIC , Most Generous , Most true Muslim , Most poor & most true Pakistani persons of this Islamic country of pakistan to donate their Donations for the construction of two Nos DAMS of BHASHA Dam & MOHMAND DAM for solving the electricity load shedding problems of the electricity consumers of Pakistan
In this connection , I want to inform the most honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan the following facts
1)- The most patriotic true Muslims of India had struggled for the creation of Pakistan for the sake of ISLAM & aldo for the sake of the INSANIYAT for the protection of Islamic Cultutal and for the establishment of one most peaceful and crimeless Islamic country of Government of Pakistan so that the true justice should be available to every Pakistani person of Pakistan
2)- The most poor muslim persons of Pakistan had not made this country for the Most Cruel MUSLIM DUSHMAN BUREAUCRATES OFFICERS & MOST CORRUPTED POLITICIANS, MNAs. MPAs. & Mrmbers of District Councils of Pakistan
3)- But in spite of this, the most poor muslims peoples of Pakistan are so much Most patriotic and so much most generous people of pakistan that they can donate all their bank balance, jewellery and even their houses for a good noble cause for the safety of Pakistan
4- During 1965 India Pakistan War, the people of Pakistan had donated their all assests to great pakistan army for the defence of Pakistan for example

5)- There was residing one most poor widow women during 1965 war and who was residing in a labour colony of a small town of Punjab. and she was doing a small job as a lady labour in a cotton factory .
6)- Sha had one 25 Years old unmarriaged (VIRGIN) daughter and she was preparing her dowry (JEHEZ ) of his HAQ HALAL Earning since childhood of her daughter.
7)- One day , one Fuji truck pass through her street and all the residents had gifted and donated to Fuji truck.
8)- Although there was nothing with him to donate any money to him only except Rs one and the dowry of her daughter .but this widow woman was so much patriotic that she had donated and handed over of all the dowry of her daughter to the army officer.
9)- The Army Major become much aback and ashtonished. Hence he advised most poor widow that
“ MASSI ( KHALA). Why you are donating all dowry to us. Please give only Rupees one because your Rupee one will be a great donation for the army fund.
10)- Hence he advised the most poor widow
“ kindly take out back this dowry to your home and don’t missed/delayed the marriage of your daughter”
11 But widow had refused to take out back this dowry and she said,
“ Please don’t worry about my daughter because the safety of Pakistan is most important matter than marriage of my daughter. “

If Pakistan is become saved, then other dowry can be prepared easily afterwards”
13)- Hence this most poor widow woman had set up one most excellent and most appreciated example of loving her motherland country of Pakistan
14)- But it is a bad luck for the peoples of Pakistan that no any politican and Rulers of the civil government of Pakistan has respected and appreciated such most poor, Most Patriotic ,Most Generous persons of Pakistan
15)- But in the 70 years history of Pakistan, There was existed only one and one eleven years most excellent and golden government of Field Marshal Ayub Khan .
16)- The old aged persons of Pakistan are still remembering the most excellent and golden government of Pakistan of Field Marshal Muhammad Ayub khan
17)- Field Marshal Muhammad Ayub Khan was one of the Most Patriotic General of Pakistan.
18)- During his government, No any criminal Person can dare to do any heinous crime of kidnapping of children, gang raped, dacoity, murdering, beggar camps, etc
19)- Similarly, The working system of all the government offices was so excellent that no any officer has dared to keep any DAK in pending for more than three days
20)- Although the chirf justice of Pakistan have appealed for the donation of for the construction of two Nos of Dams

22)- But the peoples of Pakistan are also requesting to the chief justice of Pakistan that all the amount of development funds have been gulped by most corrupted members of national assembly and members of union councils trillion trillions amount of Rupees but no any action has been taken against such most corrupted politicians of Pakistan and it is now become one of the most common habitual routine of this Islamic country of Pakistan that it is now impossible for the government of Pakistan to initiate any legal election against such violated and defaulted politicians of Pakistan
23)- However, the most poor and most patriotic peoples of Pakistan are fully assuring that they will surely donate their donations of most sufficiently amount for this noble cause

& even 4rth Generation of this Islamic country of Pakistan is
celebrating the 71th Independence auspicious day in most dedicating
zealous and traditional way . All the main state officially & Public
buildings are being decorated in well illuminated lightning.
Seminars. Conferences , Debates & others functions in the
Educational institutions are being held on the occasion of this
Auspicious historical day. Similarly all the tv channels of Pakistan
are being telecasted the Special programmes on this historical day.
Special Suppliments of the leading newspapers of Pakistan are
being published by all the leading newspapers of Pakistan in which
they are informing all the new young & forecoming generations of
Pakistan that that how this Islamic country of Pakistan was came
into existence in the name of Islam and that what were the main
ideology and the main objectives behind the back ground to
struggle very hard to obtain a separate land for the making
of a true Islamic state of Pakistan
But it is a matter of great concerned that in spite of elapsing

I have also observed that our most true muslim leaders and our all true muslim ancesters had really had made very hard struggles for the creating of a new Islamic state of Pakistan so that the Islamic cultural should be preserved and all the muslim persons should full fill thrir all Islamic rights and should offer to perform their five times prayers (NIMAZ) in most praceful and silent ways without any disturbances and noises which were making by ISLAM DUSHMAN ( Enemy) HINDU outside of muslims mosques by beating drums and chanting muslims,
That at last , by the geace of GREAT ALLAH, our true muslims ancesters successed in creating a separate independent land of a new country of Pakistan.
But our hard struggle had not been ended at this stage. The main task was also most needed and we should had to be carried out to full fill and to compliance all the all the most important points of the main objectives for which our ancesters had sreuggled very hard for the that purpose ie ,
1)- That we had made this Islamic country of Pakistan in the name of Islam for the restoration of INSANIYAT & for the restoration of Islamic government of Pakistan
2- That we had not made this Islamic country of pakistan for
the most cruel , most corrupted bureaucrates officers & politicians
of Pakistan .
3)- That now it is responsibility of every Pakistani person to
become most royalful, Most faithful & Most patriotic for the safety
of this Islamic country of Pakistan till last blood of life
4)- Hence it is most necessary for the federal Minister of
Education to declare the subject of ISLAMIC HISTORY OF
CREATION OF PAKISTAN as a compulsory subject in place of the
SUBJECT OF PAKISTAN STUDIES so that our new young generation
should fully become awared about the MAIN IDEOLOGY &
MAIN OBJECTIVES OF PAKISTAN
5)- That Now it is most sacred responsibility of every young
Muslim Person of Pakistan that they should full fill the main
Objectives of the creation of pakistan for the imposing of Islamic
rules & regulations for the establishment of a real Islamic democracy
government in pakistan .
6)- That for this purpose .a new Islamic constitution of Pakistan
Should be imposed by abolishing of existing of present constitution
Of Pakistan 1973
7)- This Constitution of Pakistan 1973 is now not fit for this
Islamic Country of Pakistan because of making of 24 Nos of
Unauthorized amendments in it
8)- That because of existing of this defective constitution of
Pakistan 1973 , it is noted that
(i)- Nos of Henious crimes have been increased
(ii)- CORRUPTIONS have been increased
(iii)- The working system of all the offices of the government
Departments become unsatisfactory because 85 %age Dak are
always lying in pending for many many years,
(iv)- Key Post holders officers are not redressing the public
complaints within one week positively.
(v)- No any development works are being carried out in most of the
backward areas of Pakistan because All the development funds
are being gulped by members of parliaments & Union councils
(vi)- The most corrupted universities of Pakistan are issuing bogus
professional degrees to non intelligent students on political base
(VIi) And so many others problems & evils
Hence keeping in views the above mentioned facts , It is most
necessary that first of all , we should impose the most strict Islamic
laws in this Islamic country of Pakistan in order to crush all crimes

THE PENDING CASE OF AWARDING CIVIL AWARD TO A GREAT SURGEON OF PAKISTAN

I want to draw the kind attention of PRESIDENT OF PAKISTAN
That Professor & Dean Dr Raja Ghulam Asghar (Late) had been
Remained one of the most patriotic, Most honest, most
philanthropist and one of the most experienced & great Surgeon of
Pakistan.
Believe it or not but it is a real fact that
1)- He had served this Islamic country of Pakistan in the
medical field for a long period of 56 years from 1952
upto 2008 in most honestly way.
2)- He had also served the Pakistan Army during 1965
indo-Pakistan war at the battle field at Lahore, Sialkot,
& Kharian Sectors round the clock 24 hours to do surgical
operations of most seriously injured army men and
officers in the battle field
3)- That, Field Marshal Ayub Khan (Late) had appreciated the most excellent service of this great surgeon of Pakistan .
4)- When ever he used to go abroad for attending medical conferences, seminars , delivering medical lectures , etc, he was always being received with most welcome by most senior doctors of the foreign countries
5)- He was being offered most attractive jobs on handsome salaries and others fringes by the ambassadors of the foreign countries
6)- But he had never accepted such offeres of handsome jobs
7)- it was because of the reason that this great surgeon of Pakistan was not a greedy person to earn more and money to become a wealthy person of pakistan
8)- He was a true Pakistani person and he wanted only and only to serve the peoples of his own motherland country of Pakistan
9)- He used to provide free medical aid to most poor & deserved patients in his own clinic

11)- He was only the great surgeon of the history of Pakistan who had paid maximum amount of income tax to the government of Pakistan than compared to others doctors of Pakistan
12)- His many thousands (Alive) students have become most experienced doctors and are serving in Pakistan & in the foreign countries in most polite ways & in most sincerely ways by considering medical profession one of the most sacred profession with according to good pieces of advices given by this great surgeon of Pakistan
13- His all medical Students ( who are now specialist Doctors) are not considering his most sacred medical profession as a monet earning Machines with according to imparting of good medical education given by this great surgeon of Pakistan.
14- Hence in recognition of the most excellent service of this great surgeon of Pakistan. The cabinet division Islamabad had submitted the case of awarding CIVIL AWARD ten years ago to chief secretary Sind T Karachi.
15)- But this case is still lying in pending some where.
16)- I think that the Government of Pakistan has no intention to recommend CIVIL AWARD to this great SURGEON of Pakistan
17)- But I am not pressing the government of Pakistan for the awarding of civil award
18)- My point of views is that at least government of Pakistan should inform me ,the concerned family in a simple and concise letter in YES OR REJECTED so that one should not appeal again to the government of Pakistan
19- I am saying this that GREAT ALLAH has already awarded one most excellent & SUPER award to this great surgeon of Pakistan because his all alived medical students ( Who are now specialists) & Most poor patients are still remembering and appreciating this great surgeon of Pakistan.

He also has been remained Technical Assistant to his superintending engineer & Executive Engineers etc.
But it is a matter of great astonishment that in spite of being one of the most efficient and hard worker line Superindentend of Wapda , he was not granted any promotion of SDO, Selection Grade NPS-16 and Move over NPS-17 by the Wapda Department.
But on other sides , most junior & low educated Line Superintendents have been promoted to SDOs and they also get Move overs of NPS-18

I am one of the 78 years old aged most honest , most patriotic & retired wapda Servant of this islamic country of Pakistan and I am one of the most serious patient of Heart, Sugar,Ashtama & backbone Pain and I walk only a few steps forward because of back bone pain
That being a three years Diploma holder, I have Served Wapda Hyderabad & Wapda Islamabad from 1967 up to 2000 for more than 35 years in most honestly way on the post of Line Superintendent without any promotion of SDO, Selection grade NPS-16 and Move Over NPS-17 But all the Most cruel ,Wapda officers of HESCO , IESCO & Wapda House Lahore have given me so much most severe intensive tension to me since 1977 that they are not sanctioning my genuimne cases of SELECTION GRADE NPS 16 wef 1977 & Move over NPS-17 wef 1983. Hence to serve any government department for more than 35 years on the same post in most honestly way can be become a part of GUINNESS WORLD RECORD OF THE YEAR 2003
But why I was deprieved of my genuine rights ? It is because the reason that our government of Pakistan has not set up a real Islamic government in this Islamic country of Pakistan
Since 1947 and Muslim officers of the government departments have never provided the due justice of their genuine problems
Now I am lying on death bed . My death can be occurred at any time because of Heart Attack

I want to draw the kind attention of Prime Minister of Pakistan that there is always remained very very low gas pressure
During cooking hours in Iqbal Town Rawalpindi for the last more than three weeks
There is not mentioned /printed any proper phone Nos and Email address of the complaint centre of SNGPL RAWALPINDI on the back Sui gas Bills
Similalry both officers ie Managing Director SNGPL Lahore & Genral Manager SNGPL Islamabad also have not set up SPECIAL COMPLAINT CELLS ( Functioning round the clock ) In their own Main offices of MD SNGPL Lahore & GM SNGPL in Islamabad
For immediate redressing of the complaints of SNGPL CONSUMERS within 12 hours as per rules
Similarly both the officers of SNGPL ( MD Lahore & GM Islamabad) have concealed their all phone Nos & Email Address in their web site just like Wapda officers Lahore & IESCO Islamabad in order to avoid to listen their consumer complaints on phones.
Similarly ,our most popular PTI government also has not continued to hold the OPEN KUTCHERY at least once in a month in the offices of Deputy Commissioners of every district for the immediate redressing of the genuine complaints of the peoples of pakistan and in order to terminate the services of the most inefficient officers of utility department at fault on the spot in order to set right the working position of all the offices of the government departments of the utility services ie SNGPL, Wapda, WASA, TMA , etc
I think that , It may be a bad policy of all bureaucrates officers of pakisran who have let all the officers of utility departments of WAPDA, SNGPL, WASA etc to do more and more cruelty and to give more and more severe tension & mental worries upon all SNGPL & WAPDA Consumers of pakistan by doing completely load shedding of SUI GAS for six months from OCTOBER UPTO MARCH during winter season this year.
In the light of the above mentioned facts ,I will request to Prime minister of Pakistan to kindly take stern action against all most cruel officers of SNGPL & WAPDA
If it is impossible for our PTI government to teach the LESSON OF INSANIYAT to SNGPL, then it is my prediction that all the most cruel & terrorists officers of SNGPL will be died of the Severe AAZAB OF THE ALLAH within six months by the BUD DUHA of the CONSUMERS OF SNGPL .
The forth coming time will prove my prediction that it was a true prediction
