Are the new visa rules already in place? (In which case over 65 year old would get visa on arrival at the border). That would make attendance from Pakistan easier.
Not sure if it has been implemented as yet. In any case Ahmadis have a good reputation of respecting Visa terms. So inshallah things will be in favor of everyone’s good.
