UM as of today, has failed to inform its clients of the fact that it is in recivership. This basically means that home owners and investors are left to fend for themselves while UM refuses to assist them in transitioning to new mortages. UM failed to inform its clients of the litigation, which would have given them time to sell their homes or secure alternatives.
