The assistance was handed Elaine through the Japanese Embassy in Singapore and received directly by the Japanese Ambassador to Singapore Yoichi Suzuki

American business magazine, Forbes called the Low Tuck Kwong as the third richest man in Indonesia. His net worth is 3.6 billion U.S. dollars, or around Rp 32.4 trillion.
Low Tuck Kwong was born in Singapore and moved to Indonesia in 1972. Shares of mining companies has increased three times more than during the IPO in 2008. Recently Bayan issued a 270 million U.S. dollars to acquire Australian mining. He also has stakes in Manhattan Resources and Singapore HealthPartners.
