And … another Ahmadi murdered in Pakistan. Dr. Tahir Mehmood

Meet Dr. Tahir Mehmood, 31 year old Ahmadi Muslim, gunned down in Nankana, Pakistan today. His house was attacked by an armed religious extremist while he was saying his Friday prayers with his father, wife and two kids. He sustained fatal injuries, his father Tariq Ahmed remains in critical condition and other members of the family are also reportedly injured. This is the fifth target killing of an Ahmadi in the last 3 months. The State continues to look the other way as Ahmadis continue to be gunned down on account of their faith. When will this end? Where is the outcry within Pakistan? Where is the international outcry? Every Pakistani who refuses to condemn this ongoing #AhmadiApartheid has blood on their hands. Your silence emboldens and allows this violence to continue unchecked. Speak up!

For those who wonder why I immigrated to the United States, this is why. I could very well have been another Tahir Ahmed. Pakistan is one of the worst places for religious minorities

In another barbaric incident of persecution against Ahmadi Muslims in Pakistan, Dr Tahir Ahmed (31) of District Nankana Sahib, Punjab, was martyred after he & his family were fired upon when leaving their house having offered the Friday prayers

  2. Appalling news! Too man murders committed by uneducated young men brainwashed by uneducated mullahs. You just have to see them performing on TV to know what sort of people they are. Madrassas should be supervised and proper education made mandatory for all. Education is essential.

    • While I totally agree with you, in this case education doesn’t seem to have any effect on them when it comes to the pronouncements of the Mullahs! They have a strangle-hold on the masses and the political class, too.

Remember, when the lawyers of this country held demonstrations ….. all at the behest of the brainless Mullahs!
