At Ahmadiyya Stall Status of Woman in Islam explained to visitors

On the occasion of International Women’s day, the 8 th of March 2019, an event was organised by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Slovenia to present the status of women in in Islam and to remove any misunderstandings and misconceptions regarding women in Islam. The event was organised in the capital city, Ljubljana. The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community had set up a stall where the members of the Community were presenting
the teachings of Islam by answering questions the visitors had, especially about women in Islam and the concept of Hijab. At the stall, members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community were distributing flowers to female visitors as a symbol of respect. There
was also the possibility for women to try out the Islamic headscarves in order to experience the feelings of Muslim women by wearing a hijab.

This event served as a perfect platform for the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Slovenia to spread the true message of Islam. Several posters and brochures were displayed to educate and inform visitors about Islam. A lot of visitors anxiously came to Ahmadiyya exhibition stall to have a discussion about Islam. These discussions turned out to be very fruitful as a lot of visitors openly expressed their changed and positive view about Islam.
At the end of the day, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Slovenia also took the opportunity to distribute flowers at an Old people’s house.
Eventually, the event came to an end and with the Grace of Allah proved to be a blessed and successful event.
