The National Assembly on Thursday passed a resolution to change the name of the National Centre for Physics at the Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU) from the Professor Abdus Salam Centre for Physics to al-Khazini Department, after Byzantine-origin astronomer Abu al-Fath Abd al-Rahman Mansur al-Khazini.
The resolution was tabled by PML-N lawmaker Captain Muhammad Safdar, who is former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s son-in-law and aspiring PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz’s husband.
Nuclear physicist Abdus Salam hailed from the Ahmadi community, whose members constitute a minority in Pakistan. Its members have faced persecution and were declared non-Muslims through a constitutional amendment in 1974.
Last year, during an anti-Ahmadi tirade on the floor of the National Assembly, Safdar had criticised the renaming of the QAU physics centre after Professor Dr Abdus Salam — the country’s first Nobel laureate — on the grounds that the scientist followed the Ahmadi faith.
The physics centre had been named after Abdus Salam in December 2016 following the approval of then prime minister Nawaz Sharif, who had also approved a grant for five annual fellowships for Pakistani PhD students.
The fellowship programme was called the Professor Abdus Salam Fellowship. It is unclear whether its renaming is also on the PML-N’s agenda.

Prof Dr. Abdus Salam was a proof that Muslim Scientists can sort of make a ‘come back’, but those approving the re-naming want to forget all about the present and just remember the distant past.
While the Pakistan National Assembly resolution is deplorable and despicable, it cannot eliminate Dr. Abdus Salam’s name and his magnificent contribution to both Quantum Physique and the Center he created. Dr. Abdul Salam’s is the threshold , a touchstone indeed in physique, that no one can ignore and proceed to the next level a reference to his work. Allah has secured his a very lofty and sacred position in this field. Alhamdulillah.
I thing most Pakistani di not know how to thank and appreciate those who received Noble Price like :

2. Miss Malala Yiusufzai.
Does Ahmadiyyah appreaciate Malala Yousafzai who received Noble Ptize for Equality between girls and boys

Malala Yousafzai should be a role model for Ahmadiyya women or girls even she is not Ahmadiyya member but she is a Muslim and Pakistani.

My Question.
Ahmadiyya leader should receive a Nobel Prize for Peace, Because I see Ahmadiyya has been promoting the peaceful Islam for few decades, but Ahmadiyyah has not received yet.
As I said before here, Ahmadiyya need more real action like Malala Yousafzai than talk at MTA TV.

I have not seen yet Ahmadiyya did mass protest in Pakistan, Indonesia, US and Europe— whereas Ahmadiyyah has been targetted and persecuted by the extremist Muslim.
Recently Pakistan government has replaced the name of DR Abdus Salam —10 million Ahmadiyya around the world should protest massively on the street at Pakistan Goverment and United Nation too-/ go out side to protest— do not be afraid to fight the truth like Malala Yiusafzai—Allah will help those who fight the truth. 1000 angels will come to support Ahmadiyya—
Allah will not change your condition if you do not start to change it.

THE TRUTH PREVAIL
Islam is a peaceful teaching and Muslim Ahmadiyya are Peaceful Muslim— therefore Ahmadiyya can protest peaceful too— prove it to public that Ahmadiyya are praceful Muslim.
So people will recognise well that Ahmadiyya real Muslim who promote a peaceful Religion.
I feel sorry with the humiliated Ahmadiyya in their own country, Pakistan.
