A young boy came on a bicycle and parked it near the parliament building and walked away.

A police man stopped the boy and told him ” do you not know that a lot of politicians, members of Parliament and sometimes even the Prime Minister and President pass  here and you should not just leave your bicycle here.

The young boy replied:  ” Do not worry, I locked my bike “.
