With all due respect, but this is complete nonsense. If one checks the originating source of Arabic Russia Today (RT), i.e. https://arabic.rt.com/news/826185, it could be realised that RT clearly states this to be unconfirmed information. Besides, the office of chancellor in Germany does not hold any executive power to exempt anyone or any registered body from taxes. At least on paper Germany is still a functioning constitutional democracy and not a banana republic.
