LAHORE: An Ahmadi place of worship was set ablaze  in Jhelum on Saturday, a day after an unbridled mob burnt down a factory owned by members of the Ahmadiyya community in the same area after one of its employees was accused of committing blasphemy.

According to reports, hundreds of people surrounded a chipboard factory and set the facility ablaze after reports surfaced that one employee had allegedly desecrated the Holy Quran.

Local clerics were made provocative speeches against Ahmadis, causing the enraged mob to resort to violence.

  1. After tall claims by Army to control terrorism and hate speeches, such incidents clearly indicate shallowness of such claims. Can Gen Bajwa tweet on this incidence. Not that Ahmadiyya Community gets totally disappointed from military brass also.

    • So you r also ahmadi. .Pakistan army is Muslim army they r not ahmadi. ALLAH se daro ahmadyo paiso ki lalach main tum logon ne apna imaan bej deya British ko . Sharma kro

      • Wrath of Allah already teaching lessons to Muslims due to their denial of Imam of the time. Instead critcising Ahmadies try to recognize the coming of prophecied Imam Mahdi and Messeiha. The moment Muslim Umah will do it most of the problems will disappear.
