Dr. Iftikhar Ahmad AYAZ, OBE has been awarded an Honorary Knighthood in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List of 2015 for his services to Tuvalu. The KBE marks the second time AYAZ has been honored by the Queen, following his recognition as OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire) in 1998.
British honours are awarded on merit, for exceptional achievement or service.The KBE (Knight) for men or DBE (Dame) for women respectively, are the highest honors that recognise a major contribution in any sphere usually at the national level.
Dr. Ayaz received his early education in Qadian,India but moved to Tanzania at an early age where he received his Secondary education. He has worked with several United Nations organizations such as FAO, UNESCO, and UNDP. He also served as the National President of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community UK from 1997 to 2001. He currently serves as the Consul General of Tuvalu in the U.K.
Previous recipients of the KBE award include Microsoft chairman Bill Gates and Nobel prize winning Pakistani scientist Dr Abdus Salam.

Now the enemies of Ahmadiyyat will say again that we are the agents of the British. But thanks to Britain, it helps us Ahmadis to propagate the true teachings of Islam.
The mullahs think that the hadith which says something about the rising of the sun in the west in the latter days, actually think, the sun will literally stop rising from the east and will start rising from the west and sets in the east.
The real meaning of this hadith has been explained by the Promised Messiah, that, in the latter days the sun of Islam will rise from the west. Meaning the western world will also be blessed with Islam and will embrace Islam. The propagation of Islam will now start in the west and that is what is happening right now. Hazur is doing a wonderful work. May Allah protect and prolong his life.
Look how Ahmadiyyat is spreading in Europe and America. They are kicking out other muslims but inviting Ahmadiyyat in their mist.
The sun is on the rise in the west for those who have got wisdom and it is rising with speed and no one can do anything to stop its growth. It is a miracle unfolding daily through MTA International.
