As it goes each year so was on 01.01.2015. After having celebrated the Silvester night almost whole Germany was asleep except the members of Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat.

Members of this Community started the new year with Slatul Tahujjad (early morning prayers) in more than 200 Mosques and namaz centers. After having performed Slatul Fajr (morning prayers) under the arrangements of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Germany, the community members started the clean up operation through out Germany.

According to partly compiled reports, in more than 174 cities the clean up operation was undertaken. Total 3491 members of the community took part.

This number included:
2286 Khuddam (youth from 16-40 years of age),
484 Atfal (children below 15 years of age) and
721 Ansar (male members above 40 years of age).

One could watch and read the news of the clean up operation on 5 different national and regional TV channels as well almost in 60 national and regional news papers.
