The Eid Celebration and Quran exhibition was organized under Majlis Ansarullah Tooting, on Sunday the 16 Nov 2014  at St. Boniface Church Hall, Tooting, London.

The program was organized in two sessions. The first session was from 01:00pm to 04:30pm which was open for all to attend and the second program was schedule to start from 05:30pm till 07:30pm in which special invitees were attended. It was organized under Tooting Ansarullah by Sarfaraz Ahmad Sahib Zaeem Ansarullah Tooting and Syed Shakeel Ahmed sahib Sadr Jamat Tooting. Splendid book stalls, posters, leaflets and also Holy Quran of different languages were some of the main attraction of the day. And banners holding Quranic verses and the tradition of Holy Prophet’ sa along with our motto “Love for All Hatred for None” impressed many attendees. Alhumdolillah! Altogether 139 guests arrived for the event, and some of the VIP’s werealso  present:

2. Councilor Sarah Mcdermott.

3. Parliamentary spokes person, Dan Watkins for Tooting Constituency.

Dr. Ijaz ur Rehman and Naseem Bajwa sahib with a guest and giving him gifts

Dr. Ijaz ur Rehman, Naib Sadr Ansarullah UK, presided over the programs. The program commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran and followed by the English Translation. Introductory speech of Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya  was delivered eloquently by Naib Sadr sb. And excellent speeches were also delivered by VIP’s in which they encouraged the hard work and dedication displayed by Jamaat-e-Ahmadiyya the community as a whole. Two speakers praised our beloved Ameer-ul-Momineen‘s lecture delivered in the last peace symposium. Missionary Incharge Naseem Bajwa sahib delivered the speech on the importance of two festivals in Islam and Jihad,   and the program concluded by the silent prayer. Guests were given the literature and different books like Life of Muhammad (PBUH), The Philosophy of teaching of Islam, World Crisis and The Path Way to Peace, and VIP’s were gifted the Holy Quran with English Translation. All guests went with a good impression that someone is striving for peace and tolerance in this materialistic world.
