There is a story about the world famous philosopher Bertrand Russell, when he met a famous film actress (I forget the name).
The actress proposed to Russell sahib that if the two of us get married, the offspring will be of extra ordinary intelligence and beauty. That child will inherit the intelligence of Russell sahib and the beauty of the famous actress.
Russell sahib declined the offer. He said, “God forbids. What will happen if the offspring inherited your intelligence and my beauty?”
