Germany – SPD declares themselves to be in solidarity with the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community

Sigmar Gabriel: Leader of SPD

During the federal conference of the German Party SPD on 16. November 2013, they declared themselves to be in solidarity with the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. This is a reaction to the attack of the building site of the Ahmadiyya mosque in the City “Leipzig” in East-Germnay. The Party vehemently condemned this “islamophobic attack”. The SPD officially supports the Ahmadiyya Community and all the citizens of Leipzig to stand up for the mosque and against the right wing, hatred, racism and islamophobia in Germany.

To emphasize the solidarity Sigmar Gabriel, the leader of the SPD (political party) visited the building site of the Ahmadiyya mosque.
