Eid-Ul-Adha celebrated in Qadian: Thousands of Muslim men, women and children offered the Eid prayer in Masjid Aqsa.

Qadian 16th October (Ch.Maqbool Ahmad): Eid-Ul-Adha was celebrated here in Qadian which commemorates Hadhrat Ibrahim (Alaisalam)’s willingness to sacrifice his son to God.
This festival also marks the end of the Haj pilgrimage at Mecca.
Maulana Munir Ahmad Khadim led the Eid Prayer in Masjid Aqsa at 9:30 A.M. Thousands of Muslim men, women and children offered the Eid prayer. Special arrangements were made for woman to offer their prayer in veil at Masjid Mubarik.
After the Eid prayer Maulana Munir Ahmad Khadim said in his Eid sermon about the willingness and the importance of sacrifices at all times. We should always follow the excellent example of Hadhrat Ibrahim Alaisalam and Hadhrat Ismail Alaisalam.
After the Eid sermon prayer for the peace of world was offered. On this occasion Muslims greeted each other by hugging.
