Persecution of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.
Dozens of police men armed with semi-automatic weapons and guns were seen rushed to the scenes of the blood bath. They were seen huddled together either behind a wall or some other cover, without firing a single bullet. … And then to cap it all the celebratory gunfire by the Lahore police, which has now become their hall mark, every time they finish their job. What was there to celebrate? The death of seventy-nine people???
Lahore; May 28, 2010: In a meticulously planned attack, sectarian terrorists slaughtered Ahmadi worshippers who had assembled for the Friday prayers in two major Ahmadiyya mosques in Garhi Shahu and Model Town of Lahore. The absence of any effective police presence and the delayed intervention by them enabled the terrorists to succeed in their gory operation, as planned. According to the final count, based on burial statistics, 86 worshippers died. One hundred and twenty four were injured.
One Christian, who worked at the Ahmadiyya complex in Garhi Shahu, also died in the attack.
This was the single most barbaric attack on the Ahmadiyya community; more people were killed in a single day than in the past 16 years put together.

With heavy heart and bleeding mind and soul, the Ahmadi citizens of Pakistan continue to pray with the hope that they will, one day, get justice and the killers of 86 innocent Ahmadis will be punished according the law of the land and that God Almighty may bless the soul of all the Ahmadi Muslim Martyred, Shuhada of May,28,2010 the Friday congregation of two Ahmadiyya Community Mosques in Model Town and Ghar Shahu Darul Zikr, Lahore. What was notice by all outside the Mosques that the killers were being allowed to perform their assigned job with close cooperation from who matter and one of the jacket-wearing bomber was caught alive by the volunteer guards inside Model Town mosque and was handed over to the policemen standing outside the gate. The capture of a terrorist alive was taken as the heroic of the police and was celebrated by firing shots in the air. But soon the captured terrorist was found being given VIP treatment and hospitalized. And now after three years no one knows where he is? This is how the grieved members of the families of 86 martyred Ahmadis are still hoping for justice from the rulers of Lahore, Punjab.
{وَلاَ تَقُولُواْ لِمَنْ يُقْتَلُ فِي سَبيلِ اللّهِ أَمْوَاتٌ بَلْ أَحْيَاء وَلَكِن لاَّ تَشْعُرُونَ}
And call not those who are slain in the way of Allah “dead.” Nay, they are living, only ye perceive not.

{وَلاَ تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ قُتِلُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ أَمْوَاتًا بَلْ أَحْيَاء عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ يُرْزَقُونَ}
Think not of those, who are slain in the way of Allah, as dead. Nay, they are living. With their Lord they have provision.
