Speaking here at a press conference on Saturday, the Federal Minister for Railways Ghulam Ahmed Bilour said that he was aware that it was a crime to instigate the people for murder, but he was ready to commit the crime. He added that there was no way to instill fear among blasphemers other than taking this step.
The minister also called on members of the Taliban and al Qaeda for their support, saying that if members of the banned militant organisations kill the maker of the blasphemous movie, they will also be rewarded.
The low-budget film titled ‘Innocence of Muslims’ has sparked fury and rage across the much of the Muslim world, including Pakistan.

This kind of violent response is what the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community has been condemning for decades. The lack of wisdom in such responses actually strengthens the hands of anti-Islam forces.

Well Allah knows the intention of any person. But keeping the Pakistani Political and spiritual trend; short cut to fame and paradise, this could be one as such.
Besides this money is no big thing for them. Because we all know how they earn this money.
………Moreover they only can “kill” some one. This is their national game these days.

Even Ayatullah Khomaini issued fatwa to kill Salman Rashdi. But to no avail. This is no way to fight blasphemy. Read verse 187 or 186 (if counted without counting Bismillah) Allah (swt) has ordained us to “show patience and fortitude and act righteously”. This Allah says is “matter of high resolve”. I pray Muslims seek guidance in all matters from Quran Kareem. The Minister sahib should read and follow Quran and set examples following the Quran Kareem. No one has authority to hire assassins even if it looks to be an apparently noble cause.

Question 2: Did that come from your cinemas in Peshawar (in)famous for showing x-rated movies, or from the loot sale that you and your cronies did in the railways to the point of destroying it completetly?
Comment 1: By offering your ill gotten $100,000 as head money, you have encouraged a few more terrorists. Why should you not be arrested for abetting terrorism??

Islamabad, Pakistan (CNN) — A Pakistan government minister has personally offered a $100,000 reward for anyone who kills the man who made the anti-Islam movie that is drawing ire throughout the Muslim world.
Railway Minister Ghulam Ahmad Bilour announced the bounty at a news conference Saturday, but he made clear to CNN he was speaking for himself and not as a government representative.
Asked whether he was concerned about committing or condoning a crime as a government official, Bilour said, “I am a Muslim first, then a government representative.”
