AMMAN – A Royal Court official on Monday denied as baseless reports that His Majesty King Abdullah’s motorcade was attacked by stone-throwers during his visit to Tafileh Governorate yesterday.
A similar statement was issued by the government.
“The King’s visit to Tafileh was a complete success,” the Jordan News Agency, Petra, quoted Minister of State for Media Affairs and Communications and Government Spokesperson Taher Odwan as saying.
