Jalsa Salana is a Spiritual gathering that aims for Inter Religious Peace & Harmony

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community India is holding its 126th Jalsa Salana (Annual Convention) in its headquarters – Qadian of district Gurdaspur, Punjab from 24th to 26th December 2021.

130 years ago, in 1891 the founder of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian, the Promised Messiah, by the command of God initiated this spiritual event to promote inter-religious peace & harmony.

This year marks the 126th Anniversary of this spiritual gathering (Jalsa).

The objective of this Jalsa is to present the pure, pristine and peaceful teachings of Islam. Likewise it aims to call people towards their creator, to develop love, affection and compassion among the creations of God. Promoting brotherhood is among the noble objectives of this Jalsa.

This Jalsa has unique and distinguished status in terms of its nature and History.

Putting plainly this Jalsa is literally a spiritual gathering in which people from all over the country put back their worldly interests and take part in this spiritual convention for the sake of God.

This year, in view of the pandemic situation, only a limited number of guests are attending this annual convention and, all COVID guidelines set by the Indian government are being strictly followed.

This 3 days gathering will feature speeches that will shift the listener’s focus on the path of moral and spiritual progress. Everyone who attends this Jalsa Salana feels a sense of spiritual freshness within themselves and returns fresh in terms of moral understanding of life.

The message which the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community India conveys through this gathering is that Man should turn towards his creator and the principle that we adhere to is: “Love for All Hatred for None”. We believe that all people should unite together for the benefit and uplift of mankind.
