About 30 youth will be canvassing Owen Sound apart of Islam Understood
You may find a Muslim youth at your door this weekend.
It’s part of the Nationwide ‘Islam Understood’ campaign put on by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association that aims to build bridges of understanding between Canadians.
On Sunday, March 5th thousands of Canadian Muslim youth will canvass 65 towns and major intersections in cities to speak with Canadians and answer their questions.
About 30 youth will canvass in Owen Sound.
The nationwide campaign is meant to break down misconceptions people have about Muslims through the opportunity for face to face discussions.
