By the grace of Almighty Allah and by the support of the prayers of Hudhur Anwar (Ayyadallahu Ta’la) and with the approval of Sadr Saheb Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Bharat, the 12th Annual Ijtema of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya (MKA) and Majlis Atfalul Ahmadiyya (MAA), South Zone Karnataka was held on 27th and 28th of August 2016 at Bangalore, Al’humdulillah.

First Day 27th August 2016:

Tahajjud & Fajr prayers were offered at the Ahmadiyya Masjid Wilson Garden, Bengaluru post which Molvi Abdul Hamid Saheb, Muballigh Incharge Bengaluru, gave Dars.

The Ijtema officially began at 10:00am by hoisting of the MKA flag by Janab Musawwir Ahmad Sahab, Naib Sadr MKA South India. He also led a short prayer before proceeding with the Inaugural Session.

The Inaugural Session of the Ijtema was presided over by Naib Sadr Saheb MKA, South India as a “Numainda Sadr Majlis MKA Bharat”.

Jb. Hafiz Rafeeq-uz-zama Sb., Naib Muballigh Incharge Bengaluru recited the Holy Quran and read its translation in Urdu as well. The Kannada translation was read by Jb. J M Mohammad Sharief Sb (Madikeri), Zonal Nazim Isha’at, MKA South Karnataka.

The Ehad (Oath of allegience) of MKA and MAA were recited by Naib Sadr Saheb.

A beautiful Urdu Nazm “Naunihaalaane Jama’at Muje Kuch Kehana Hai” was sung Salahuddin Ayub Sb. from Shimoga. Welcome Speech was done by Jb. Ashraf Khan Saheb, Zonal Motamid MKA South Karnataka. A brief Zonal Salana report of MKA & MAA South Karnataka 2015-16 was presented by Jb. Mudabbir Ahmad Sb, Zonal Nazim Atfal, South Karnataka. Tarana was melodiously sung by members of MKA Bengaluru.

The Naib Sadr Saheb read a message from Sadr Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Bharat and after that made an Inaugural Speech. After that the Zonal Qaid MKA South Karnataka, M. Abdus Salam Saheb addressed the gathering. After that Mehamaane Khusoosi, Janab Musaddiq Ahmad Saheb, Ameer Jama’at Bengaluru in his speech gave valuable advices to Khuddams. The Inaugral session concluded by Du’a.

After the Inaugural Session the Khuddam and Atfal ILMI Competitions like Quran Recitation, Urdu & Kannada Nazm and Speeches were held.

Off Stage Competitions were held for the Atfal. In the following:
Hifz-e-Quran,
Hif-ze-Qaseeda,
Hifz-e-Ehde Wafaye Khilafath,
Hifze Wa’daye (Pledge) Atfalul Ahmadiyya.

And a Quiz Competition for both Khuddam and Atfal was also held.

In the afternoon after offering the Zuhr & Asr prayers, Lunch was served and then the following Competitions were held for the Khuddam & Atfal: Quiz, Message Passing, Pick and Speak.

At 8:00 PM Maghrib and Isha Namaz were offered and dinner was served.

Second Day 28th August 2016:

Second Day of the Ijtema Began with Tahajjud Namaz. After Fajr Namaz, Dars was given by Molvi Wahid saheb, Muballigh Incharge Shimoga.

After Fajar, the Zonal Amila Commitee Meeting also held with the presence of Naib Sadr Saheb MKA, Incharge South India.

At Hombegowda Ground, 10th Cross Wilson Garden, Bengaluru, the Inaugural Session of the Sports Competitions began with Quran Recitation by Jb. Molvi Asif Ahmad Khadim Saheb, Muallim Mangaluru. Jb. Naib Sar Saheb addressed Khuddam and Atfal, gave valuable instructions to be followed during at the sports events.

For the Khuddam, the sports events like 100 mtrs & 200 mtrs race, 4×100 Relay, Short Put, Tug of War, Football and also for the Atfal, 50 mtrs & 100 mtrs race, 4×50 relay, Frog Jump, Nut Picking, Lemon, Football on Spoon were held.

Concluding session:
Evening at 5:15 pm Zuhr & Asr Namaz were offered and the Concluding session began presided over by Janab Musawwir Ahmad Sb, Naib Sadr MKA South India. Holy Qur’an recited by Jb. Naseer Ahmad sb., Nazm sung by Jb.Faizal Ahmad Saighal sb, Jb. Molvi Mir Abdul Hamid Sb., Muballigh in charge Bengaluru addressed the gathering. Tarana Sung By Majlis Atfalul Ahmadiyy Bengaluru. In the concluding address by Janab Naib Sadr Saheb presented many quotations from the writings of Hadrat Masih Maud Alaihissalam and Khulafa.

Vote of thanks was given by Janab Ashraf Khan Saheb, Zonal Motamid MKA South Karnataka.

Following that Prizes were distributed to Winners of ILMI and Sports Events. In ILMI Competitions, Shimoga Majlis was Overall Winner and second Bengaluru Majlis. In Sports Events, Overall Winner was Madikeri Majlis and second Bengaluru Majlis.

This concluding session of the Ijtema ended with Silent prayers.

All the 8 Majalises from South Zone Karnataka who participated in the Ijtema belonged: Bangalore, Mangalore, Madikeri, Shimoga, Jakkur, Gonikoppa, Sorab & Sagar.

Ameer Saheb of Bangalore Jamaat, Presidents of Shimoga, Madikeri, Gonikoppa and Jakkur Jamaats were present at the Ijtema. Ansar and Lajna members also gathered for the Ijtema. And Muballigheen and Muallimeen of all the Jamaats of this zone were also present. May Allah reward them all.

The Qaid Saheb of Bengaluru Majlis, Ijtema Commiitee members, Khuddam, Ansar & Atfal and also entire Bengaluru Jama’at must be specially thanked for organizing the Ijtema. Without their active Service this Ijtema could not be successfully held.

For this Ijtema, the financial aid was provided by MKA Bharat & all the South Zone Karnataka Majalises and also some individuals. Many Persons helped in various ways for the success of this Ijtema. May Allah reward his Blessings to all of them and bring spiritual betterment in all of us out this Godly event.

This Ijtema was attened by more than 275 people which included Khuddam, Atfal, Ansar and few Lajna members.

All Praise to Allah the Almighty. May Allah enable us to organize such events more successfully in coming years.
