USA: Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Meriden conduct Interfaith Peace Symposium at Holy Angels Parish Catholic Church

q1

More than 60 guests spanning a spectrum of traditions were in attendance at our historic Peace & Justice Symposium hosted at our neighboring Holy Angels Catholic Church in South Meriden, CT.

q2

Among attendees were retired mayors, senators, and a reporter who came as interested guests with family to participate.

The reviving Message of Huzur e Aqdas aba, Hazrat Promised Messiah as and our master Hazrat Muhammad RasulAllah saw was delivered effectively SubhanAllah especially by keynote speaker Dr. Mohammed Qureshi, Sadr CT Jammaat.

q3

From our mini book stall invited by generous host Pastor Symolon, Holy Qurans were taken home as well as True Islam flyers by the hundreds for further dissemination among attendees’ circles.

q4

All Jammaat members became Daeen ilAllah making all this possible by teamwork and loving unity in prayer, education and action, MubarakAllah.

q5

We were encouraged to have begun the evening at Holy Angels Church with a recitation from both the Bible and Holy Quran resonating throughout the hall.

An electrifying Q&A session was extended for over an hour by attendees’ eagerness (Nau moBaeen brother Jonathan also joined and contributed) and we consummated the dialogue with silent collective prayers and Salat at our neighboring Baitul Aman Mosque remembering Nice, France, Turkey and all innocent lives lost and suffering souls spanning the globe.

q6

Women also brought enriching and vital representation and were provided their own seating tables and separate refreshment tables that the Pastor and Parish not only honored but highlighted as a respectable, teachable aspect.

And once again “love for all, hatred for none” was illustrated for the nearness and pleasure of Allah, the Ever Loving.
