An Ahmadi man from Darul Yamen neighborhood of Rabwah (Chanab Nagar) is gunned down by unknown assailants late last evening.

Bilal Ahmad was attacked around 9:00 pm near Embassy Bend by individuals riding motorcycles who shot the victim multiple times in his head, local C-47 news has reported.

Victims was immediately transferred to Allied hospital in Faisalabad where he reportedly scummed to his injuries.

Ahmad, younger brother of  Darul Yamen chapter president, Ghulam Tahir, is reported to be approximately 26 years of age.

Victim was a member of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association and he was employed by Sadr Anjuman Ahmadiyya Pakistan.

C-47 news has further  reported that police is investigating and no official determination has been made about the motive for the Ahmadi youth leaders murder.

Ahmadis are easily victimized in Pakistan due to the rampant anti-Ahmadi hatred spread by extremist clerics who have the backing of the state to incite public against Ahamdi lives and property.

Hundred of Ahmadis have been killed for their faith.

Ahmadiyya spokesperson in Pakistan, Saleemud Din, offered condolences and said the motive of the attack is still unclear.

“Our thoughts are with the family of Bilal Sahab who was a fine young man & devout Ahmadi. May Allah show mercy & give patience to his family,” Saleemud Din wrote in a social media post.
