Saudi Arabia Begins Air Assault in Yemen

Source: NY Times:

WASHINGTON — Saudi Arabia announced on Wednesday night that it had launched a military campaign in Yemen, the beginning of what a Saudi official said was an offensive to restore a Yemeni government that had collapsed after rebel forces took control of large swaths of the country.

The air campaign began as the internal conflict in Yemen showed signs of degenerating into a proxy war between regional powers. The Saudi announcement came during a rare news conference in Washington by Adel al-Jubeir, the kingdom’s ambassador to the United States.

Mr. Jubeir said that the Saudis were part of a coalition of approximately 10 nations determined to blunt the advance of Shiite Houthi rebels, who have overrun Yemen’s capital and forced the American-backed government into a full retreat.

  1. So now Sunni led country pitched against shia led country. End result Muslims fighting with each other.OMG.

  2. Well Saudis are immensely panic and they should be for sure, if TMT recalls that exactly I predicted couple of years back.

I think Saudis problems will only multiply if they react so. Definitely Saudis old friends are playing double game in the region bu this time Saudis are not at their side according to strategy of game. that’s normal where interest prevails over everything a world of purely materialism and atheism.
i pray for Sauids that May Allah open their eyes and hearts to recognize their real enemies.
Lets see how Khumenis go by in this critical phase of middle east if they make same mistakes as Saudis have been making their outcome will be much worse.

Saudis old friends are playing double game, one end they are fueling the fire and other end they mock to put it out. Their objective is very clear how to protect their master in middle east for good and also to take back control of Oil power which they are losing.

But to me things seems to worsen in coming days. May Allah keep us in His protection Ameen
