“Irrespective of their political and religious affiliations, the rich and well-to-do will be contributing to peaceful co-existence if  they support the poor and weak in society,’’ the Ameer and Missionary in charge of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission in Ghana, Alhaji Mohammed Bin Salih, said this when he paid a courtesy call on the Director General of the Ghana Prisons Service, Madam Matilda Baffour-Awuah, at the Prisons Headquarters in Accra.

He pledged to continue with the patriotic and morally sound tradition of his predecessor, the late Maulvi Wahab Adam, who made it a practice to visit the vulnerable in the communities.

He promised to solidify the already existing cordial relations between the mission and the Ghana Prisons Service.
