Islamabad, July 27 (KMS): The Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples’ Freedom League, Muhammad Farooq Rehmani, has on the eve of Eid ul Fitr—the day of congratulations and festivities stressed the importance of marking the day with a solemn pledge to follow the teachings of Islam in letter and spirit without furthering material and commercial interests under religious garb.
Muhammad Farooq Rehmani in a statement said, “We are certainly upset to mark the Eidul Fitr with grief and gloom, as there is nothing to envy upon or rejoice on this Eid today. No doubt, Eid-ul-Fitr is the reward of Allah for Muslims to rejoice over Qur’an-Al-Kitab was sent down in Ramazan, but the believers look depressed in their own countries. Now a days the Muslims are in great agony.”
He added: “It’s the most horrible and deceitful time of the Muslim history. If on the one hand Muslims in Palestine and Kashmir are being massacred by Zionist Israel and Indian troops, on another they themselves too are slaughtering each other or used by their enemies.”
“Lust for power has made the Muslim rulers blind to the extent that they kill their countrymen and plunder the national economy for selfish gains. Communalism, sectarianism, group prejudices and blood revenging has become hall-mark of our society and naked dance of death is taking a heavy toll of innocent lives unabatedly, while the two responsible international organizations of the Muslims are sleeping to the height of criminal negligence,” he deplored.
“No State of Muslims or no ruler comes forward to save the innocent women and children of the occupied lands. And even the people in the West weep over the sluggishness of the Muslim rulers. Strange and shame, the Muslim rulers watching gruesome killings by enemies, but protecting their power and contrarily, non-Muslim peoples of the world leading huge protest rallies in their capitals,” he maintained.
“It’s high time to think and react in a very short time, and if we have to save Palestine, Kashmir, Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Egypt and defeat expansionist designs of enemies; we should rise above sects, groups, races and stop thinking in terms of sectarianism and communalism and cement our mutual Islamic bond with love and fraternity, solidarity and integrity, here and in other countries. Love for all, malice for none is always message of Eid,” he concluded.
and yet there is a simple solution to this problem of the ‘rudderless ship’: Accept the Khalifa nominated by Allah, Hadhrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, and you will be rightly guided!!!! (See http://www.alislam.org and search for the Khalifa!)
Rehmani sahib has given some remedy. Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian had given a message of peace and nonviolence 120 years ago. The Muslims did not listen to him. They all abused him. Now there is no need to cry over spilt milk.
Did any Muslim leaders try to read the message of Imam Mahdi a.s? All are playing in the hands of enemies.
