The founder of Pakistan, the father of the nation, Muhammad Ali Jinnah is quoted, in the following Urdu book, as saying that Honorable Sir Muhammad Zafrulah Khan is a “Muslim” and that he is praising him like his own son.
Amazingly, the constitution of the same country says that Ahmadis are not-Muslim. Imagine a country going against her own founder and father!
Ulema have also issued Fatwa that anyone calling a kafir a Muslim himself becomes a kafir. In the light of this fatwa parliament of Pakistan should also declare Muhammad Ali Jinah kafir or revoke its constitutional amendment against Ahmadi Muslims.

That is correct. Quaid e Azam sahib loved Sir Muhammad Zafrullah Khan sahib, and called him as his son.
The Maulvis are to blame for everything. Even during the struggle for Pakistan, many maulvis (specially deobandi maulvis and maudoodi sahib’s jama’at islami) all opposed creation of Pakistan and opposed (even abused) Quaid e Azam sahib. They are all ignorant having no knowledge of religion or politics.
Mr. Sarwar, your tunnel visioned religious rant does not answer my question. Even if the maulvi’s are as despicable as you paint them, why did Zafrulla Sahib not offer the quaid’s janaza prayer.After all, the quaid had called him a muslim and loved him like a son.
The Imam of the Janaza Prayer Shabbir Ahmad Usmani, has openly declared Zafarullah Khan Murtad/Kafir, How can He offer prayer behind such Imam, While he was following the Imam appointed by Allah.
I believe that the janaza prayer is offered for the departed soul and not for the imam leading the prayer.If your logic was accepted to be correct, then every righteous and god fearing individual would be deprived of a well deserved janaza because of the actions and beliefs held by the imam leading such prayers.
Yes it is for departed soul, but it matters who your imam is, your imam should be among you. It is
strange that mullah’s declare us Kafir and yet want us join their Janaza prayers, and it is daily
in the news papers that Ahmadies graves are dug-up for being burried in the Muslim Grave Yard.

Please also note that Sir Zafrulla Khan’s lack of prayer some 66 years ago is not hurting anyone today.
But, the constitution of Pakistan is hurting each and every Ahmadi every day and is defaming Pakistan and Islam all around the world on a daily basis.

Burhan Ahmad has explained it very well. Bash and the Afghani sahib should note that:
1. They consider Ahmadis as non-Muslims, even kafir. Why they want a kafir to stand in prayers with them?
2. It was the Mullas who threw out the Ahmadis from the mosques and did not allow the Ahmadis to pray with other Muslims.
3. The second Khalifah sahib Hazrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmood Ahmad (Rz.a.) told his followers never to stand behind any non-Ahmadi maulvi for prayers. So the reason should be clear for Bash and Afghani now.
4. Janazah prayer is not essential for every one. It is fardh kafayah. If some people pray, it is good enough. At the funeral prayer of Quaid e Azam (Rh.a.) there were many hundred thousand (Lac) people in prayer. So the funeral was good enough. No harm at all.
5. The non-Ahmadis know that they are wrong on many counts. This Zafrullah sahib matter is just a point only for litigation. There is no essential matter in it. Many Deobandi maulvis (and Maudoodi sahib) kept away from Janazah prayer of the nation’s leader. Why to blame Ahmadi Muslims only?
6. The Ahmadi Muslims had a good reason not to stand behind a man appointed Imam. What reason the other Muslims had to be absent from the funeral prayer? None at all.
7. The non-Ahmadis are always trying to create false accusations against the Ahmadi Muslims. This funeral (janazah) matter is just one of them to mislead the masses against the Ahmadi Muslims.
8. Allah and his prophet Muhammad s.a.w.s. had informed that a Rasool will come after the prophet and every one is to believe in him and assist him. That is mentioned in the Quran. The Ahmadis have believed in that Rasool while the others have opposed him to the point of enmity.
9. A Rasool comes after every prophet. Where is the Rasool of the non-Ahmadis?
10. Obligatory (faradh) Salaat and Zakaat needs an Imam. The non-Ahmadis have no divinely appointed Imam. So, their salaat and zakaat has no religious (divine) purpose.
11. The non-Ahmadis are not peaceful. They are supporting violent form of Jihad. Peace is essential for every person of any faith. That is mentioned in the Quran. The good lessons that were given to the Muslims by the prophet Muhammad s.a.w.s., they have been forgotten, and Muslims are suffering every where.
12. Due to their bad beliefs and bad teachings, the Muslims are on the receiving end now, getting all punishments from all kinds of non-Muslims. I say that Hazrat M. zafrullah Khan sahib was a true and great Muslim, without any hypocracy. Hypocracy (Munafaqat) is the worse kind of sin.

told us not to stand behind any non-Ahmadi maulvi for prayer, how can we.
We fallow the command of our Imam (Khalifa).
This is very logic that how we can stand behind a maulvi for prayer who has not
accepted the Imam of the time appointed by Allah. Even that maulvi consider
