President of the Greater Accra Ahmadiyya Elders Association speaks to the Muslim Community

The TUC has asked the Muslim community to use the celebration of Eid-ulFitr to pray for the good and prosperity of the country. 

Speaking to Radio Ghana, its Secretary General, Kofi Asamoah said Muslims should pray for peace of the country at all time.

The President of the Greater Accra Ahmadiyya Elders Association, Alhaji Majid, also speaks to the Muslim Community.

As Ghanaian Muslims join their brethren in other parts of the world to mark Eid-ul-fitr, there has been a chorus to maintain peace in the country. 

Speaking to Radio Ghana, the Manager, Investor Services of the Ghana Freezones Board, Hajia Hanatu Abubakar, noted that the nation’s peace cannot be compromised. 

She said Ghana has attracted an array of investor confidence, therefore any attempt to erode it will have serious consequences on the economy. 

Hajia Hanatu also advised Muslims to abide by the tenets of Islam saying, its peaceful message must be prioritised in their daily lives.
