I have listened to one hour 33 minutes of debate. Ansar sahib has done very well in the debate. Maa Shaa Allah.
There is nothing wrong with the Quran. The prophet hood of Muhammad s.a.w.s. is continued till the day of judgement. Muhammad s.a.w.s. is a law bearing prophet. He is the last prophet in that respect. There will be no law bearing prophet after him.
Bhatti sahib had agreed to the continuation of prophet hood in a way by saying that Isa a.s. will come. Even though that is a wrong theory. Isa a.s. has died a natural death and he cannot come. But by saying that Isa a.s. will come in the end times, Bhatti sahib has admitted that a prophet will come after Hazrat Muhammad s.a.w.s. (Even though Bhatti sahib is hoping for a wrong man.)
So there is no need of a debate on the original point. The decision goes in favor of Ansar sahib. And he has done very well and presented very good points.
I give credit to Bhatti sahib too for being calm and reasonable. But making a verse of Quran as Mutashabih (doubtful, or multi-meaning), that was bad work of Bhatti sahib.
Bhatti sahib considered an important verse of the Quran as Mutashabih was a bad way of getting out of trouble.
