The plaintiff’s lawyer the Dominique Strauss-Kahn sexual assault case has appealed on French TV for other women to come forward if they complaints against the former International Monetary Fund chief.
“If there is any woman out there, whether in France or in Africa, who have been sexually assaulted or sexually abused by Dominique Strauss-Kahn, I ask them to please call me to contact me,” Kenneth Thompson said on France 2 television.
Thompson announced that he had taken the case on Monday outside the Manhattan courthouse where Strauss-Kahn pleaded not guilty to the alleged sex attack on a hotel chambermaid.
He is known for pursuing multi-million dollar settlements for individuals battling major employers and other powerful opponents but insisted he took the case out of concern for sexually-abused women.
