We want to remain humble and keep our voices gentle and our attitude friendly, as the Holy Quran reminds us:
Allah likes not the uttering of unseemly speech in public, except on the part of one who is being wronged. Indeed, Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing. (Al Quran 4:149)
Call unto the way of thy Lord with wisdom and goodly exhortation, and argue with them in a way that is best. Surely, thy Lord knows best who has strayed from His way; and He knows those who are rightly guided. (Al Quran 16:126)
We may not always rise to all our aspirations, but, we certainly try.
The holy prophet Muhammad, may peace be on him, said that a word of wisdom is the lost property of a believer, he or she accepts it wherever he or she finds it. So, our Muslim readers have no choice but to benefit from whatever useful and correct information we provide, regardless of the religion, race, gender or social status of the author. May Allah bless Muslims in the world.
We must obey Quran 5:47 because it says the people of the Gospel will judge based on the book God has given them.
Translation: Christians will rule based on the Holy Bible (New Testament.)
We must follow Jesus and stop killing and hurting them because Quran 5:47 says so. Makes sense to me…what do you think? Spread this because it’s important and God will judge us.
How can I use this 40 translations?
I understand that The Muslim Times is an Ahmadiyya publication. I have now learnt that there are two Ahmadiyya groups, and it’s got me confused. Could you clarify please.
Ahmadiyya Muslim Community has a Khalifah and other leadership and hierarchy who speak for it. In a strict sense it cannot be said that the Muslim Times is an Ahmadiyya publication, as only the leadership speaks for the community.
Many of our Editors are of course Ahmadi Muslims. But, the publication is truly non-Sectarian and promotes goodness of all sects and indeed all religions. I have updated the About Us page above, to truly reflect who and what we are. Please read it carefully as the description is not hollow words but a very thought out description and goal for our publication.
