Gondokusuman, Yogyakarta – Bhabinkamtibmas of Baciro Village, Gondokusuman Sector Police, Yogyakarta City Police, Aipda Parjo, attended and secured the Annual Routine Recitation and Gathering activities of the Islamic Education Foundation of the Republic of Indonesia (PIRI) and the Indonesian Ahmadiyah Movement (GAI) held at the Darussalam Mosque, PIRI 1 Vocational School Complex, Yogyakarta, Saturday (20/06/2026) afternoon.
The activity, which carried the theme “Synergy in Harmony, Maintaining the Spirit of Da’wah in the Framework of Brotherhood Welcoming a Century of Islamic Propagation with Beauty,” was attended by around 400 participants consisting of PIRI Foundation administrators and GAI congregations from the DIY, Central Java, and East Java regions.
This series of activities is planned to take place for two days, namely on June 20 to 21, 2026, as an event to strengthen ties, strengthen the values of togetherness, and build harmony in community life.During the event, the event received security from the police to ensure the entire series of events ran safely, orderly, and conducively.
Officers also monitored the area around the event to provide a sense of security to the participants.Throughout the event, the situation at the event was observed to be safe, orderly, and conducive without any significant disturbances to public order and security.Aipda Parjo stated that the presence of the National Police (Polri) in every community activity is a form of service and commitment to maintaining security and supporting the smooth running of every social and religious activity.
