By Dr Abdul Salam, External Affair Wolverhampton

On the 28th of November, 2019, we had the the police visiting us again… and it was an honor to receive them and undoubtedly such visits encourage us to do more for the locality.

To appreciate and support the work of Ahmadiyya Muslim community Wolverhampton, Sergeant of the neighboring locality, Debbie Webster visited us in person with her entire team.

We, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, categorically appreciate this effort by the west midlands police department for coming out and supporting us which ultimately is building bonds between the youth and the local police.

The Ahmadiyya Muslim community Wolverhampton is a small, yet active community which strives to serve the people and bring peace in the society. We try to bring different communities together; our efforts are towards uniting faith leaders to promote love & brotherhood. We also clean streets, donate blood and do so much more.

The guests were provided with home cooked food and the youth prepared gift packs for the police to take home as souvenirs.

Ahmadiyya Muslim youth are ever ready to offer the police force any help if they may need, today or in the future. Almost every day we are faced with an issue of knife crime, which unfortunately is becoming so common on the streets of this great nation.
