JAKARTA, NNC – Spokesman of Ahmadiyah Indonesia Congregation (JAI), Yendra Budiana said that of most of the 24 refugees who were victims of the Ahmadiyah Community House, of Grepek Tanak Eat Village, Greneng Village, East Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara were women.
Yendra also explained, all the congregation who fled are still in East Lombok Resort Police HQ after the incident.
“There are 21 women and children, and only three men, some of whom are working, and are out of town,” Yendra told CNN.
Yendra said they hoped to return to their homes in Grepek Tanak Eat village, and live life as usual.
“As stated by the Governor of West Nusa Tenggara, Mr. Guru Bajang guarantees to rehabilitate their properties,” Yendra said.
