Unbekannte haben in der Nacht zum Mittwoch die Gebäudefront der „Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat Moschee“ in Husum beschmiert. Die Schmierereien hätten einen rechtsradikalen Bezug, teilte die Polizei am Donnerstag mit. Unter anderem sprühten die Täter ein Hakenkreuz und Nazi-Parolen auf die Fenster. Der Staatsschutz ermittelt. Die Beamten suchen nach Zeugen.
Unknown people smeared the front of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat Mosque building in Husum, a maritime town in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein.
The attack took place during the night on Wednesday. The vandals had left radical-right references, the police reported on Thursday.
Among other things, the perpetrators sprayed a Hakenkreuz (swastika) and Nazi slogans on the windows. The state protection is being considered for the location.
The officials are looking for witnesses.
