[Jalsa Salana UK] 35,000 Delegates Expected At Ahmadiyya Muslim’s 50th Islamic Convention In UK

More than 35,000 delegates from over 90 countries are expected to attend the 50th Ahmadiyya Muslim Association, Annual Islamic Conference, UK Jalsa, to increase religious knowledge and promote a sense of peace and tranquility.

The event will be broadcast live globally via satellite TV from the Muslim Television Ahmadiyya International with simultaneous translation in up to 13 languages. In Nigeria, Murhi International Television MITV and Television Continental TVC are expected to re-broadcast the proceedings and reports live from, the Alton, United Kingdom.

Arrangements have been concluded for the reporters from the print media notably, the Guardian, Vanguard, National Mirror and The Gazelle News, an online news medium to cover the events live in the UK. The Nigerian journalists will be coordinated by the National Secretary Publications and media relations of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat, Nigeria, Qasim Akinreti, who is also an Assistant Director News Voice of Nigeria.

Eminent speakers will discussed a range of religious topics and their relevance to contemporary society.

The Jalsa is also attended by a number of parliamentarians, civic leaders and diplomats from different countries who also address the gathering. A key feature of this convention is that it is blessed by the presence of His Holiness Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, the Head of the worldwide Ahmadiyya Muslim community. He addresses the convention over each of the three days expounding on the principles of Islam and elaborating on the role of religion in bringing peace to the modern world.

According to the organizers of the conference entry to the Jalsa Salana arena will be strictly on the basis of Computerized Registration ID Cards. Participants are requested to obtain their Registration Cards from the Registration Offices.

    For example, spirit of service, high quality service, welcome with smile, show way well, pleasant demeanor and smile, name-cards with assurance, food service with politeness, ~ and without distinction, eat at one place, prayer to be enable to serve guests, full effort, polite guidance in car-parking and co-operation by guests, review of previous years experiences, scanning and checking, cleanliness, selfless service, security, workers should stay till conclusion, workers and all Jama’at should pray for success of Jalsa.
