The tragic news of the Belgium incident has gripped the peace-loving citizens of the world. We, the Ahmadi Muslims all over the world, are at the forefront of condemning such incidents. We show this by our words, by actions and by our writings.

All Muslims should be clear in their mind and heart that loyalty to the country they live in is part of their faith. I invite other Muslims also to come forward and join us in condemning such horrible acts which are destroying the fabric of society.

Extremists will try to recruit innocent people, of all religions. But we can stop them by going to this website: www.trueislam.com and endorse as many points as you agree. We have more than 30,000 signatures, including Chief Jarrod Burguan, San Bernardino. I invite all Americans to join this campaign.

Speaking from London, the World Head of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, the Fifth Khalifa (Caliph) His Holiness Mirza Masroor Ahmad has strongly condemned the terrorist attacks that took place in Brussels.

His Holiness said:

“On behalf of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community worldwide, I express my deepest sympathies and condolences to the Belgian people following the barbaric terrorist attacks that have taken place in Brussels. Such heinous and utterly inhumane attacks must be condemned in the strongest possible terms.

“Under no circumstances does Islam permit terrorism of any kind or the murder of innocent people. In fact, the Holy Quran has said that to kill even one innocent person is akin to killing all of mankind. Therefore, those who commit such atrocities in the name of Islam can never find any justification. They are defaming Islam and destroying the peace of the world.

“Our heartfelt prayers are with the victims of these attacks and all those who have been affected. May the perpetrators of this evil act be promptly brought to justice.”
