3-Day Successful Marathon Tabligue Program in Kannur, Kerala

Payangadi, Kannur: By the grace of Allah, Payangadi Jamaat in Kerala has successfully organized Seeratunnabi Programs at a staggering 50 selected locations in the Kannur district Kerala in 3 days.

The Marathon outreach program was conducted on the 5th, 6th and 7th of May.

The Tableegue Team consisted of 10 full time volunteers and 10 part time volunteers from Payangadi Jamaat. The team were welcomed and supported by Jamaat members of Koodali, Mattannur and Talasseri Jamaats.

Key players in the Team:

A Van dedicated for the purpose was covered with the messages of ‘Love and Peace’ and Jamaat contact details. The van was escorted by a separate mini truck with a mobile book stall and 4 cars.

In all 50 locations, volunteers distributed Jamaat’s flyers and conducted street speeches on the topic of the Holy Prophet (saw) and invited general public to study about the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat.

Jb Salam Ezhome (Secretary Tableegue, Kannur zone), Moulavi Munawaar Ahmad sb, Moulavi Abdul Jabbar sb, Jb. Zafar Chungathara and V.P Basheer sb (Sydney) were the main speakers. Jb Samad Sb (Tableegue secretary, Payangadi) was the main organizer and team leader.

Each of the 3 blessed days, program started at 8 am and finished by 8 PM. Most of the location covered in this drive the Jamaat had never conducted any tableegue programs in the past. At Mattannur Bus stand and Talassery Bus stand ( major public spot and Muslim centers), a specially prepared documentary in Malayalam, inviting public to accept the Imam of the age were displayed.

Public responded well to all the programs. Read our flyers and watched the documentary and listened to the speeches with keen interest. Immediately after the program enquiry calls started coming in to the listed TollFree numbers in the flyers.

At few locations orthodox Muslims showed their contempt and worry seeing the Jamaat’s progress.

By the grace of Allah the program attracted public attention and Jamaat members are also excited to see the results. Jamaats in the region are planning to conduct similar programs in the future as well. InshaAllah.
