Allah says: And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed – then it is those who are the disbelievers. Quran 5:44
Ruling by Allahs law does NOT mean compulsion of religion. Rather it means that the land should be ruled by what is right acording to Allah, not human laws. It doesnt mean forcing others to become Muslim. Promoting secularism means that you are promoting disobeying Allah. May Allah guide us all.
