414. Commandment – Let not your wealth and your children divert you from the remembrance of Allah. And whoever does so — it is they who are the losers

[63:10] O ye who believe! let not your wealth and your children divert you from the remembrance of Allah. And whoever does so — it is they who are the losers.

[8:29] And know that your possessions and your children are but a trial and that it is Allah with Whom is a great reward.

[34:38] And it is not your riches nor your children that will bring you near Us in rank, but those who believe and do good works, will have a double reward for what they did. And in lofty mansions will they be secure.

[64:16] Verily, your wealth and your children are a trial; but with Allah is an immense reward.

[60:4] Neither your ties of kindred nor your children will avail you aught on the Day of Resurrection. He will decide between you. And Allah sees all that you do.
