  1. I am troubled by the claims on this page. Abraham Lincoln and Mohammed freeing slaves? Lincoln emancipated all slaves but Mohammed enslaved many people and some of his followers enslave others to this very day. Slavery is always wrong.

    The notion that Mohammed did not torture POWs is also ludicrous. At the Kaibar massacre, he murdered all of the men right in front of their families and then handed their women off to sex slavery and forced marriage. That is torture.

    I was taught that Islam is a moral monotheistic faith but clearly the Islam of 1400 years ago badly needs to update itself.
