Justice Julie Thorburn cleared doctors Amitabh Chauhan and Suganthan Kayilasanathan of all charges, saying she had a reasonable doubt whether the alleged victim consented or the two men, both 36, believed she did. The woman testified she was not interested in having sex with either man for different reasons.
Thorburn also acquitted Chauhan of drugging and sexually assaulting a former girlfriend in Kingston in 2003.
The judge pointed out contradictory and independent evidence that undermined the account of the two complainants.
