Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Tuvalu has organised the first Peace Symposium in Tuvalu. It was held on Sunday, 7thSeptember, 2014 at Tuvalu Mosque.

The Peace Symposium was attended by the distinguished guests from different backgrounds, religions and denominations in Tuvalu such as from Bahai faith, EKT (Christian Church of Tuvalu), Mormon Church, Assembly of God Church, Catholic Church, Government Officers and the representatives of Chinese Community in Tuvalu . The attendees of Peace Symposium were about 50 peoples.

The Peace Symposium was opened by Mr. Ampelosa Siaosi, the Vice President of Town Council as the Representative of the Government of Tuvalu. He said that he was so glad and so grateful to be part of such great event whereas peoples from different faiths and religions sit together to discuss about love and peace. All of the people in Tuvalu irrespective of their faiths and religions must work hand in hand to create peace within the society so that they might be able to live in harmony. Tuvalu belongs to all of us and we must keep this small country in the state of peace.
