9th August, Qadian: Thousands of Muslim man and women participated in Eid Prayer lead by Maulana Mohammad Inam Ghori in Masjid Aqsa in Qadian.
(Ch.Maqbool Ahmad): Eid-ul-Fitr was celebrated here in Qadian in which thousands of devotees flocked the Mosque to offer the special Eid prayers.
Ahmadiyya Muslim Men, women and children dressed in their best made their way to the Masjid Aqsa to offer prayers. Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat had made special arrangements to offer Eid prayer in Masjid Aqsa and Masjid Mubarak.
Maulana Mohammad Inaam Ghori led the special Eid prayer at 9:40 A.M in Masjid Aqsa. After Eid prayer he said in his “Khutba-e-Eid” that Eid Ul Fitar celebrates the completion of the Holy month of Ramadan, in which Muslims fast and increase their spiritual devotions, and is meant to be a recognition the material and spiritual favors of Allah to His creation.
After the Khutba everybody greeted each other.
On this occasion Ex-Cabinet Minister Sewa Singh Sekhwan, Ex- Cabinet Minister and MLA Fatehgarh Choorian greeted Muslims. Special party was held for all in Langar Khana Hadhrat Masih-e-Maood (Alaisalam) here in Qadian.
