The following series of articles mention the Major Signs that will occur shortly before the end of the world and the coming of the Day of Judgment. This part is the continuation of the coming of false Messiah, and it includes additional information about his followers and his stay on earth.
ANOTHER one of the amazing signs shortly before the Day of Judgment is the return and descending of Jesus (peace be upon him), to this earth again.
God says in the Qur’an: “And because of their saying (in boast), ‘We killed Messiah Jesus, son of Mary, the Messenger of God,’ — but they did not kill him and nor did they crucify him, but the resemblance of Jesus was put over another man (and they killed that man), and those who differ therein are full of doubts. They have no (certain) knowledge, they follow nothing but conjecture. Surely, they did not kill him. But God raised him (Jesus) up (with his body and soul) unto Himself (and he is in the heavens). And God is Ever All-Powerful, All-Wise. And there is none of the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), but must believe in him (Jesus) before his death. And on the Day of Resurrection, he (Jesus) will be a witness against them.” (Qur’an, 4:157-159)
The words, “And there is none of the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), but must believe in him (Jesus) before his death,” refer to Jesus’ worldly death after he returns to earth. At that time, the Jews and Christians will finally believe in him as a Messenger of God and a human being only, as that will be the only option possible at that time. In fact, some scholars state that part of the wisdom in Jesus’ return is the final and undeniable refutation of the Jews’ claim that they had crucified him and to bring an end to the false claim that he was the Son of God.
There are numerous Hadith, which speak about the coming of Jesus during the last days of this world. They give a description of many of the acts of Jesus after his return.
As is clear from the last Hadith presented under the section concerning the Dajjaal, Jesus’ return will occur while the false messiah is upon the earth. The following is the continuation of the above Hadith:
“He [the Dajjaal] would then call a person brimming with youth and strike him with the sword and cut him into two pieces and (make these pieces lie at a distance which is generally) between the archer and his target. He would then call (that young man) and he will come forward laughing with his face gleaming (with happiness) and it would be at this very time that God would send Christ, son of Mary, and he will descend at the white minaret in the eastern side of Damascus wearing two garments lightly dyed with saffron and placing his hands on the wings of two Angels. When he would lower his head, there would fall beads of perspiration from his head, and when he would raise it up, beads like pearls would scatter from it. Every unbeliever who would smell the odor of his being would die and his breath would reach as far as he would be able to see. He would then search for him (the Dajjaal) until he would catch hold of him at the gate of Ludd and would kill him.”
Al-Bukhari and Muslim record that the Prophet (peace be upon him) stated: “By Him in Whose hand is my life, the son of Mary (may peace be upon him) will soon descend among you as a just judge. He will break crosses, kill swine and abolish Jizyah[1] and the wealth will pour forth to such an extent that no one will accept it.”
At the time of his appearance, he will bring an end to all of the false beliefs, which crept into Christianity. Thus, he will break all of the crosses, as they signify a worship of him. Similarly, at his time, he will not accept the jizyah because there will be no excuse for any Jew or Christian not to believe in him and follow him. In another narration of the same Hadith, there is a mention of the state of the followers of Jesus at that time. The Prophet said: “He would leave the young she-camel and no one would endeavor to (collect Zakat on it). Spite, mutual hatred and jealousy against one another will certainly disappear and when he summons people to accept wealth, not even one would accept it.” In other Hadith, the following is described, “Peace will prevail and people will use their swords as sickles. Every harmful beast will be made harmless; the sky will send down rain in abundance, and the earth will bring forth its blessings. A child will play with a fox and not come to any harm; a wolf will graze with sheep and a lion with cattle, without harming them.”[2]
At the time of Jesus’ return, the Muslims will be led by the Mahdi (A guided leader), as is mentioned in various Hadith, such as the Prophet’s words:
“What will be your state when the son of Mary descends among you and there will be an Imam among you?” (Al-Bukhari, Muslim)
In another Hadith in Saheeh Muslim, it reads:
“A section of my people will not cease fighting for the Truth and will prevail till the Day of Resurrection.” He then said, “Jesus son of Mary would then descend and their (Muslims’) commander would invite him to come and lead them in prayer, but he would say, ‘No, some among you are commanders over some (among you). This is the honor from God for this Nation.’”
This Hadith is evidence that when Jesus returns, he will not return in the role of being a new messenger with a new law. Instead, he will return as a follower of the Prophet Muhammad and submitting to the laws of Islam. In fact, another Hadith in Saheeh Muslim describes Jesus as performing the Islamic ritual of Hajj (pilgrimage).
A Hadith in Saheeh Muslim further describes that Jesus will remain ruling among the people for seven years. The Prophet said: “Then people would live for seven years that there would be no rancor between two persons. Then God would send cold wind from the side of Syria that none would survive upon the earth having a speck of good in him or faith in him but he would die, so much so that even if some amongst you were to enter the innermost part of the mountain, this wind would reach that place also and that would cause his death.” He further said, “Only the wicked people would survive and they would be as careless as birds with the characteristics of beasts. They would never appreciate the good nor condemn evil.”
As stated earlier, when one of these great signs appear, the others are soon to follow. It is in the context of Jesus’ return that the Prophet also spoke about Gog and Magog.
Footnotes:
[1] Jizyah is the “exemption tax” that non-Muslims pay to the Islamic state in lieu of military service.
[2] These items are mentioned in various Hadith recorded by Ahmad, ibn Hibbaan, Abu Dawood and others.

The teachings of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at differ somewhat on this topic. Readers are encouraged to comment!
The second coming is indeed predicted numerous times. But, it should not be taken literally as scriptures never talk about literal second coming but about metaphorical second coming.
See, Jesus own teachings in the Bible regarding Elijah by googling it.
Additionally, according to the Holy Quran, Jesus may peace be on him, is deceased. He cannot come back in person.

The Christian story is about resurrection of Jesus, may peace be on him, which does not make any scientific sense, and has never happened again or before in the human history.
The story made up by the Sunni Muslims is equally absurd, one person taking on the body of another person, never happened before or since.
So, both groups make extra-ordinary claims that require extraordinary proofs and the Christians and the Sunnis offer very little, except some stories from 2000 years ago.
The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, makes a logical case of resuscitation of Jesus, after he went in a coma on the cross, and also offers proofs from the Holy Quran, the Bible, history and science, which we have covered in several posts in the Muslim Times and in Islam for the West.
Jesus did not die on the cross!
The Quranic verse quoted in this article from the Arab news, does not categorically deny crucifixion, rather it says that Jesus was made to appear like on crucified. The Holy Quran says:
Jesus, may peace be on him, appeared as if he has been crucified, meaning as if he had died on the cross, whereas, the fact of the matter was that he had only gone into a swoon or a coma and eventually resuscitated.
If Jesus did not die upon the cross: A study in evidence
This is a small but a very important booklet with a very descriptive title, written by an Australian Judge, Ernest Brougham Docker, in 1920. He became a judge of the District Court and chairman of Quarter Sessions for the north-western district in 1881. He retired in 1918 after the passage of the Judges Retirement Act.
He examines the limitations in the so called testimony of the apostles about resurrection in his book. He makes several strong points against resurrection of Jesus, may peace be on him, but one that can be described in a few lines is quoted here:
There are 14 parts of this short booklet by Ernest Brougham Docker, published in 1920. The fifth part concludes with this paragraph:
Read the booklet online in the Muslim Times.
Return? Haven’t Muslims read in the Bible that Jews made the same mistake with regards to Yahya. They expected Prophet Elijah to return in person but did Elijah return in person? No his returned was in the person of Yahya.
Why they don’t take heed from this blatantly similar example in the history of Christianity. Both Muslims and Christians have this same example and what do they do? They insult Jesus by throwing the example away.
Muslims say we don’t believe in Bible. Fine we think it is corrupted but at least we have an example … some proof no matter how weak of a past religious event that mimics this one. What proof, evidence in history do they have that an exception should be made with regards to Jesus?
Bottom line is u have to pray to Allah for his guidance, for him to give u a sign.
I think the following will help, prime u, excuse the fast pace, my ideas come fast sometimes.
See articles JESUS SLEPT – JESUS OF THE EAST, etc, on Forteantimes.com,
ie Romeo and Juliet = Rome and Jesus ie if Shakespeare had the guts to not cut the story short for fear of execution let alone persecution –> ie the Copernicus and Galileo syndrome she is dead, but her body’s disappeared, no she’s a ghost, no she’s resurrected, and don’t u dare say she was resuscitated by the padre, and “everywhere that MARY went the LAMB was sure to go” –> Beauty sleeps to be awakened by Princely kiss, who is this ‘Prince of the believers’ ie the 2nd awakening, 7 dwarves ie the 7 hills on which Rome was built protect.
I have a dream I dreamt with open eyes and it must be told I’ll ascribe it ‘Don Qixote’ or Shake Chilli or MulanAsRudin, for tellings sake only –>
One day our Chilli Don is riding down his backward ways and he notices the SUN rise out of the East and set in the West, he sees this operation repeat a few days then he figures the Sun is going around the Earth u across the sky East to West, cause seeing is believing ie Dons don’t use brains. But the problem is the SUN promised the full MOON shall rise on the night of the 14th and thereupon to greet it with salutaions on behalf of the SUN and to swear allegiance to the Light of truth Shining again. But one fine night of the 14th the MOON full does rise out of the East which it really does going around the Earth u East to West, but our Chilli Don interprets all things Signs of God included literally, therefore he figures this is not the awaited foretold promised FULL MOON rising out of the East concluding it is an impostor SUNpretender only,,, cause how dare it shine is his eyes with SUNlight ie pretender thief stealing sunlight to usurp the throne of the SUN by pretense; and also don’t u see how the SUNpretender in his perfect pretense of SUNhood is going around the EArth East to West just like SUN [the literalist eyes of the Chilli Don who believes in only the mighty mula ways], surely he pretends too perfectly to be the SUN in imitating so perfectly even his motion in the Sky East to West. Presuming to know it all the ChillDonMula rejects the real MOON arrival on the 14th night for SUNpretender chosing darkness to wait some more, FUllmoon has 3 full nights, the ChilliDonMula remains in darkness the 2nd night as well not even in acknowledging the presence of the MOON he rejected the previous night, 3rd night comes to pass, the CHilliDonMula has 2 choices either to admit that this really was the promised 2nd coming of light ie FULLMOON, or he figures “these are just the superstitious stories of the bygone ages”…Cause we are now in the 15 day….calendar wise for those who can understand qed the copernicus – galileo syndrome.. For the ChilliDonMula the Earth is still flat cause he’s feet tell him so ie it will become round at doomsday, and there are no 2 jins he can’t live with out ie HydroJin and OxyJin, until they decide to drown him, for he cannot see them, even if they are made of fire and we enchain them in Iron and make them do our bidding ie in the combustion engine, train , car plane, rocket to the Moon, small wonder dajjal’s donkey wears the Moon on its forehead to boast of its ultimate ground breaking achievement.

ie JESUS “landed” in 1889 in India Qadian in the name of Mirza Ghulam AHMAD the 2nd MESSIAH-Budda2, Krishna2, etc
SUN=MUHAMMAD
MOON=AHMAD=2nd coming of Jesus, Budda, Krishna, etc.

Hadith Tirmizi – “River Nile springs from Moon Mountains”, a learned man was told by Mulla to either believe this literally or be branded and unbeliver. The learned man looked to the sky and saw no water crashing upon on his head from Moon’s mountains, thereupon became a Christian. But one fine day he sat in a monastery reading book by a Christian priest wherein was stated that their lies on the border of Uganda a mountain called “Moon Mountain” whence the river nile really does flow, lo and behold this learned man again reverted to Islam exclaiming that a Christian’s learning had made him a Muslim again where as the ignorance of the Mulla had made him an unbeliever!
I got the above hadith from MTA Liqa Ma Al Arab, told a friend, and I searched left and right for it criss crossing the world for Moon Mountain, then 2 weeks later caught a documentary on BBC called “Moon Mountain” and or where in was shown that Moon Mountain = Rowenzori (in Swahili) whence the River Nile really does flow.
So now U know how to know.
“Kill him, not leave him” or “Kill him not, leave him” – What it is 2 b or not 2 b that’s entirely up to your nature, what u need is some ALTiTUDE for a fresh Vantage point!
