This was stated by Dodi Setyawan, chairman of the ijtima committee of the Indonesian Ahmadiyah Congregation (JAI) after a dialogue with the Head of the Central Java Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion Musta’in Ahmad, who visited the JAI office Jl. Erlangga Raya No. 5 Pleburan, South Semarang District, KotaSemarangon Wednesday (25/10/2023).

“We represent the chairman of the Ahmadiyah Jemaah at the Anshorullah Agency in the Central Java region to thank all parties. “Especially in this case, the Regional Head of the Central Java Ministry of Religion, Mr. Musta’in Ahmad,” said Dodi in a written statement.

As chairman of the organizing committee, Dodi revealed plans for activities which were scheduled to be carried out on 17-19 November 2023.

“However, there are several elements of society who are not yet able to provide facilities, so we have to stay in touch a lot first. We have to open up a lot and explain what Ahmadiyya is. “We have been given time next year to be able to open up and explain to the public and religious figures that Ahmadiyah is part of Muslims,” ​​he explained.

Dodi emphasized that his party appreciated the presence of the Head of Regional Office at JAI headquarters, and was pleased that the ijtima activities were suspended. On the same occasion, Kakanwil Musta’in expressed his gratitude.

“I am grateful, this happened because or wasilah. I came to JAI headquarters, because JAI Anshorullah’s friends had come to the office [Kanwil] several times. We also often meet at many activities. “Because there is momentum [for the ijtima plan], now we meet again here,” he said.

Musta’in Ahmad stated that he had the highest respect and appreciation for JAI, especially Dodi and the itjtima committee.
