London, IDN Times – “Jalsa Salana is sitting together. Meet. A kind of grand recitation. Jalsa is a big gathering, Salana means annual. So it can be called the Ahmadiyah annual meeting,” said the Head or National Amir of the Indonesian Ahmadiyya Congregation (JAI), Maulana Mirajudin Sahid, Shd. Every year, said Mirajudin, this event is not only held at the Ahmadiyya Congregation’s headquarters in London, England, but also in all countries where the Ahmadiyya Congregation has followers and a national organization. In Indonesia, for example, JAI is holding Jalsa Salana on January 6-8 2023, taking place in the Kemang area, Bogor, West Java. The activity was attended by a number of community leaders and interfaith leaders.
