With the Taliban coming to power, the regional countries except India have increased their political, economic and security contacts with the Taliban. One of the fears was that they would not immediately notice any threat from Afghanistan and would get assurance from Taliban.
The second thing was that Afghanistan will soon turn to political interaction with the world under the leadership of Taliban, which means that what was agreed upon in the Doha process will be implemented between America and Taliban.
America has given place to compete with great powers in foreign policy by leaving Afghanistan. In the end, Russia’s invasion on Ukraine has thrown Afghanistan from the attention of the world and America has only cool relations with Afghanistan. Keep on keeping on (In America’s foreign policy, only attention is to Afghanistan). Opening schools for girls, women’s rights and inclusive system are the differences between the US and the Taliban that America does not want to act quickly by the Taliban for its own interests.
My comment is that if the Islamic Emirate opens girls schools today and allows women to work all over the country, the United States will not recognize the Islamic Emirat by using its influence in the international community but by formal recognition. Many excuses would have been finished and family legitimacy would have been achieved but the situation that is going on now is not in line with the interests of America because America wants Afghanistan to be under Taliban control in a long time in political and economic isolation. Keep it and make it fit.
